School over early today because of exams.

Thank god

It was just me today since Brianna didn't come to school.

Sun hot yuh fret.

I stood outside the gate waiting for my brother to come get me.

Big big 16 year old cyah tek bus go home..

I could it's just I don't want to.

A white bmw gle pulled up to me with its heavily tinted windows up.

Mi will scream ino.

I began to back away from the car until Jabari rolled his windows down.

"Fawd, yuh bredda seh mi fih pick yuh up,"

God why yuh cyah deh pan my side?

I hesitantly entered the car and fasened my seat belt.

Why mi feel so nervous?

"Evening,"

"Evening ma,"

Why him voice sound suh nice..

"Hungry?" He asked glancing at me then back at the road.

"No I'm good," I said as I adjusted in my seat.

"Yuh know yuh can relax right? Mi nah bite yuh,"he said as I chuckled at bit.

I let out a nervous chuckle trying to relax.

"Suh how come mi Neva see yuh before? And mi know yuh bredda long time,"

"I lived over seas for a long time, since recently i came back to Jamaica,"

"Ohh ok,"

We arrived at my house 15 minutes later, I thanked him and I was about the step out when he gently pulled me back.

"Cyah get yuh numba?"he flashed a smile.

This took me by surprise cause me to consider for a bit"Sure,"
