Chapter 2

You hear cheery music it having a rhythmic beat to it as you walk down some stairs you turn and walk until you see two big doors...you're about to open them when you hear your name being called... 
"Y/n.....y/n.....Y/N!"

You jolted awake "WHA?! huh?" you rubbed your eyes as you felt your self being shaken by someone...it was Vanessa.
"Y/n! guess what!"

You groaned as you sat up "ough...what?" you looked up at her as you see her beaming green eyes she spoke excitedly "You got a assignment to go to earth isn't that exciting?!"
You sat there hearing Vanessa ramble on about how this will be your first mission in forever and how you'll get to go on earth after so long. You snapped back to reality "Wait what?"
Vanessa stared at you slightly annoyed "did you not hear me?"
You shook your head "no no i heard you loud and clear but why?"
Vanessa sighed "get ready and I'll tell you" she soon left the room.

You got up and stretched before getting dressed quickly wondering why you were chosen and not any of the 'Explores' as some of your bunk crew calls them, You head over to Vanessa once you got dressed "Mkay so what is it Vanny?"
Vanessa turned to you "One don't call me that, Two there was a voting held for some reason that people can put suggestions on who should explore earth and most of the suggestions were you!" Vanessa said ecstatically while you were concerned "Vanny- i mean Vanessa you sure i was picked?" you said twiddling your fingers. Vanessa nodded "yep! Vanessa dragged you over to the 'Explorest' area...you've never been here before you look around and see a few people glancing at you with a slight glare, you look down at the ground and keep walking with Vanessa.
You and her arrive to the pod you're supposed to go into. "Okay I'll be back with the stuff you need before you go try and check out the pod why don't 'cha?"
Vanessa giggled before skipping away.

You entered the pod, it was completely white and slightly blinding to your eyes but it looked comfy as it had a bed and a bunch of stuff and a portable stove already in it you look around but you hear footsteps coming toward your pod, you think it's Vanessa so you get out of the pod but you see the three workers who gossiped from yesterday "Hey, so you're the one getting picked?" she said snarkily and in a rude tone.
"Oh yeah i am-" you tried to say before being cut off. "Are you sure? you look so...scrawny" the blonde girl in the middle said, before a brown haired girl spoke up "and definitely unfit for this whole thing" You tried to speak again but a blue haired girl spoke up "Hey girls, they got voted for this...., maybe their that useless that everyone decided to vote them to go to earth!" they all laughed while you got slightly angry but Vanessa came over "Heyy! i got your stuff!-" she paused before looking over to the three girls who seemed to have froze "Oh...You three better not be picking on her...." Vanessa said harshly before handing you some survival kit stuff
"an Axe, a transmitter, a blanket, some fire wood, a lighter, a gun, a flashlight, a bad and a camera"
she said calmly before turning to the three girls and shooing them away, she turned to you again with a wink before walking away. You sighed and put the stuff into the pod before going to one of the rooms to grab a snack.

when you got back to the pod and closed the door you felt something was off bug you shock it off and got into the seat before hearing the door lock meaning it was time for take off...but not before you heard "Cassie, give me some space!" a little boy's voice behind you and then a little girl spoke "Gregory shush she'll hear us!-" you turned to see two kids in the pod with you under a bed. you tried to tell the person who's going to launch the pod to Earth but it already got launched and you got thrown back into your seat while the two kids bumped their heads on the bed "OW!" the three of you said together the pod launched and throwing you up before you got knocked into the ceiling and blanked out after that...all you heard was a crash before everything went black.
