A few days later...

"The files you asked for." Tae spoke placing a few files on namjoon's desk who smiled and asked the male to sit. Pulling the opposite chair tae sat and cleared his throat as he wanted to ask something to the male.

"Hyung can I ask something?" Tae spoke interwining his hands placing them on his lap. Namjoon hummed now giving his full attention to tae who sighed.

"Yeah sure." Namjoon spoke.

"You know kook hyung for years right?" Tae asked, namjoon chuckled.

"Tae I am his cousin I have known him since he was born." Namjoon replied, tae hummed.

"Hmm that's right, so... Do kook hyung drink often I mean does he like alcohol or does he drink randomly or something?" Tae asked, namjoon frowned slightly.

"As much as I know him he isn't someone who drinks too much alcohol. I guess he may have consumed alcohol just a few times in his life. Why are you asking this tho?" Namjoon asked.

"He called me a few days back around 10 at night he was shit drunk and was babbling how pretty and beautiful I am, I asked him if he was sad or was there something bothering him and he said no he was happy seeing me and jiminie being on date he than began to whiny and ask me why is he hurt and then... He said he has a crush on me." Tae spoke taking namjoon off guard the male stared at him with pure shock.

"He said he has a crush on you?" Namjoon asked, tae hummed nodding his head.

"You know the next day I chatted with him and asked if he meant what he said. If he really has a crush on me or not, but he said he was just spouting nonsense as he sat anything when he is drunk. Do I want to know is it true? Does he really say anything in his drunk state?" Tae asked, he knows he should believe Jungkook and should understand that the male isn't lying but he still wants to confirm if Jungkook was saying the truth or he is trying to hide his feelings for him.

Namjoon chuckled nodding his head.

"Yeah he was saying truth tae, he have been always like that spouting whatever comes in his mouth when he is drunk. No need to think about it much hmm." Namjoon spoke with a soft smile, tae smiled a little nodding his head.

"Ok then I will leave I have work to complete call me if there's some issues in the file." Tae spoke standing up, namjoon nodded. He smiled at tae who walked out, as soon as tae was out of the cabin namjoon's smile dropped.

"I need to have a talk with kook." Namjoon spoke immediately standing up ready to proceed to Jungkook's cabin, he knows he shouldn't meddle in taekook's life but he can't help but feel disappointed knowing Jungkook lied to tae.

Knocking on the ceo's door namjoon waited for him to be called. He walked in pushing the door once he was called by Jungkook inside.

"Oh hyung." Jungkook spoke, namjoon hummed as he sat opposite of Jungkook.

" Kook I am here to talk about something personal and not about work do you have time for it?" Namjoon spoke, Jungkook frowned slightly as he hummed.

"Hmm say, you seem extremely serious." Jungkook spoke with a small smile that was quick to drop the moment namjoon began to speak.

"Did you talked to tae a few days back while you were drunk?" He asked.

"Tae told you about it?" Jungkook asked

"Answer my question." Namjoon spoke in return, Jungkook sighed nodding his head.

"I talked to him while I was drunk." Jungkook spoke.

"You said you have crush on him and than the next day you said you speak nonsense when you are drunk? Since when?" Namjoon asked raising his eyebrows, Jungkook chuckled a little.

"Since always, I have been lying when I am drunk always." Jungkook spoke, namjoon hummed.

"Kook I know since you were born and everytime you are drunk you speak nothing except truth. Clean and clear truth, now tell me why you declined you have a crush on Taehyung when you have one?" Jungkook chuckled even louder.

"Crush? Hyung a straight guy like me can never have a crush on  Taehyung." He replied but gulped slightly as namjoon tilted his head giving the younger boy a blank look.

"Straight? Who are you fooling yourself or me? Kook are you trying to fool me, the person to whom you came when you were around 17 and told that you are into boys. You were never straight Jungkook, you and I both are well known to this so don't even think of saying all this nonsense to me. I am the first person who was informed that you are into boys and have no interest in girls not even 1% so please don't play this I am straight game infront of me." Namjoon spoke, his voice coming out stern that got Jungkook silent he looked everywhere except the male sitting infront of him.

"Is it because of her?" Namjoon asked making Jungkook snap his head to look at the male.

"No." He replied, namjoon scoffed.

"Kook don't you think you are thinking about her too much, like why? Why are you destroying your life you happiness for just one person?" Namjoon asked in a pissed tone, Jungkook sighed.

"Hyung please leave it hmm." Jungkook spoke namjoon frowned.

"Leave it? Kook you are literally stopping yourself for something you want so bad. You have been living a life you never wanted, you are nowhere near what you are and it's all because of her." Namjoon spoke standing up, he was extremely angry on the younger who have been being a dumb person according to him.

"Hyung please, stop it. I don't want to talk about her, please stop bringing her in the conversation." Jungkook spoke feeling frustrated, namjoon looked all around in irritation.

"Just tell me why? Huh? Just fucking stop thinking about her." Namjoon spoke but was taken aback as Jungkook stood up shouting with a strong glare.

"ENOUGH, I DON'T WANT TO HEAR A SINGLE THING ABOUT HER. STOP BRINGING HER IN THE CONVERSATION HYUNG. Please just leave." Jungkook spoke rubbing his temple being extremely pissed. Namjoon hummed with a poker face.

"Sorry, sorry for bringing her in the conversation. Do whatever makes you feel better, I will take my leave and yeah I won't meddle in your life anymore cause I think you are grown enough to shout at your hyung for someone else." Namjoon spoke and walked out, Jungkook just stared at a space with black eyes. He was feeling extremely frustrated, tired and irritated. Leaving his phone in the cabin he walked to the elevator to go to roof top with still the same blank face and a messy mind.
