                                   𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. . .

Yoona's P.O.V

I turned at the sound of skates on ice and was met with Sunghoon stopping inches from me.

Yoona: S..Sunghoon...

I stuttered, being surprised..what was he doing here? No one's ever here after 6 pm..

I told him about skating at night before..it can calm me alot and I told him about it..

Sunghoon: Yoona..

He said softly. His features were still the same..he was even more handsome..

Yoona: Sunghoon..what are you doing here?

I asked him..

Sunghoon: To be with you..

Yoona: But, you can't

He sighed and glanced at the side.

Sunghoon: I know, because you have a boyfriend, but that's not what I-

Wait! Boyfriend?

Yoona: Wait, what? I don't have a boyfriend..

I asked being confused. He raised and eyebrow.

Sunghoon: Choi Yeonjun?

He said. I shook my head.

Yoona: Oppa's junior and friend

He made an 'o' with his mouth.

Sunghoon: Then, I'm going to be with you in both ways..

Both ways? In an way, he couldn't..he'd get hurt.

Yoona: I'm sorry but no..I should go now..

I was about to skate back to the rink when I felt Sunghoon's hand on my wrist.

Sunghoon: I'm not letting you go again..please stay and explain..

I took a deep sigh..even if I didn't stay, he deserved an explanation.

Yoona: Sunghoon, I can't, because if I stay, you'd get hurt, there are people who hate us and want to harm us, my parents including, you've seen them..if any of you get along with me, you'd get hurt with me too..I don't want that..

I said to him, trying make him understand why I couldn't. He sighed.

Sunghoon: Yoona..I don't care if those people hurt me, if it was the fact that they would hurt you, I would let go, but also protect you..can you understand that?

I shook my head.

Sunghoon: All I want is to protect you, I want you to be happy, with or without me..but I'm not happy when you're not here..that was what I wished these past four years..for you to be happy...

He dedicated all his wishes to me?

Yoona: I understand that, but what if you get hurt?

I asked him. He chuckled.

Sunghoon: How tough must you be? I don't care if I get hurt..and if anything comes by, I'll protect you, okay?

.......I didn't know....

Sunghoon: I have waited for three years, Yoona..and every new year, I felt as though I had failed..I had failed to protect you, to make you stay..I disappointed myself..you..

I shook my head..

Yoona: You never disappointed me, I'm so proud of you..you're an Olympic skater..

He smiled slightly and walked closer towards me.

Sunghoon: So, will Min Yoona finally come back?

He asked me. I took a deep sigh, thought for a while, smiled and nodded. I guess I could..

He smiled and hugged me, putting his hands around my waist. I put mine around his.

Yoona: Ahh! Sunghoon!!

I shouted as he pulled my up and spun around. He then slowly put me down.

Sunghoon: I have waited ages to do that with someone..and I'm glad it's you..

He said happily. He was kinda like a little kid right now..haha..he looked so happy and adorable..

Sunghoon: What are you staring at?

He asked me, when he saw. I shrugged, he chuckled and skated towards me. His face came inches away from mine.

I blushed and my breath hitched. He crouched a little and came even closer.

Sunghoon: What were you staring at?

He asked in a low voice. It sent shivers down my spine..

Yoona: You are very cute....and handsome

I answered adding the last part with a head tilt. He smiled.

He then pushed me, I went back against the rails, I stared at him confused.

Sunghoon: This is a rare opportunity...to do it here, so just take it?

Take what?

Sunghoon: You'll see

Can he read my mind?

He chuckled as he came closer.

Sunghoon: You're face is like an open book..alot of times..but not many can get it..

Oh..but what did he mean?

He put his hands on the rails on two sides..Wai..oh my..

I blushed red as I realized..

Sunghoon: I want to ask you first..Do I have permission...to kiss you?

He asked me. I blinked at him for a few seconds before shaking my head slightly..

His lips curved slightly in a smile and then he pressed his lips against mine.

This was my first kiss..and it was the best..

After a few seconds he pulled away..he stared at me.

Sunghoon: I'm assuming that was your first kiss?

He asked me. I nodded..

He then put a hand on my cheeks and brushed his finger on it. He then cupped my face

Sunghoon: Do you have a fever or something? Your face is so warm and red..

He said chuckling. I gave him a look.

Sunghoon: Maybe another kiss will do it.

He then pecked me on the lips. I blushed even more.

Sunghoon: Hmm, still not better, mayb-

Yoona: No, no more kisses!

I said pushing his hands away. I then started to skate away. Then I felt hands wrap around my waist and Sunghoon put his head on my shoulder.

Okay, he was heavy.

Yoona: Sunghoon, I love hugs, but you're heavy, I'm going to fall..

I said stumbling a little.

Sunghoon: Hehe, okie, let's go

We skated back together and talked, just talked over everything that happened in these three years..

I'll tell him everything about the underworld later..

It's surprising how we went from strangers to enemies to friends to lovers..it all happened here, we met here, laughed here, fought here, competed here and reunited here.

We defeated life's challenge and our own enemies and learned here. We found patience, friends and family here.

We both had many experiences with eachother, right here..
