You all were going to Johnathan's Shawarma joint in the evening, the place was so calm different people sitting and discussing even laughing.
The news of you being Rema's girlfriend has been out for almost 2 months now.
Now you hardly go to class cos of how people just randomly ask for selfie or people just follow you around.
And it was now annoying, people ask you about Rema and all , and you've seen pictures of yourself on social media unaware pics.
Everything was just too much, Rema sends his driver to come pick you up cos him coming won't be a good idea .
But now you and your friends were sat at the Shawarma joint eating and drinking.
“ I heard Rema's going to be performing at the Ballon d'Or awards ” Steve said looking at you.
Rema hadn't tell you anything about that so maybe it's just fake news , you know the way rumours spread so fast, ehn.
“ I'm sure it's fake” you said making Steve hum before continuing what ever he was doing on his phone. You stuffed your mouth with Shawarma.
“ but wait o, y/n is this not like your 3rd Shawarma?” Amarachi asked looking sus .
“ yes, I'm hungry" you said not caring on where this is going.
“ but y/n you don't normally eat much not to talk of 3 Shawarma, it's too much na” Stacy added making Amarachi nod.
“ see I haven't eaten since like forever so I'm hungry na shuu, can't someone eat in peace?” you said getting annoyed.
“ first of all you normally can't finish one Shawarma but now you're suddenly eating 3 . Secondly you ate this afternoon na, so you can't tell me you haven't eaten since ” Steve said.
Where was all this question coming from now?
“ see sometimes my appetite is large sometimes it's small , it just depends on how my body is” you said .
“ or you're feeding for two” Tobi said making everybody at your table go silence. The Shawarma you were about to take a bite of was stopped mid-air.
It can't be na, I normally take pills I only missed it thrice last week and I was not liable to get pregnant those days that's what the app told me .
“ y/n?” Stacy called and you came out from your daze.
“ why would you even assume that? Do you think I'm that careless” you said dropping your food back on the table.
Suddenly you felt like throwing up, luckily for you there was a waste bin close to you guys so you quickly stood up and threw up in it.
No no no, I normally throw up when I'm over fed, so it couldn't be ....right? It shouldn't, it can't.
You came back to your seat and all your friends eyes were on you .
“ Rema don give you bele oo” Amarachi was the one to break the silence.
“ I..I..but I don't feel pregnant” I said trying to convince myself.
“ see don't be afraid ehn look I have a pregnancy test strip I'm going to give you when you get home you check it.... It could just be that you're not really pregnant sef maybe it's just normal something” Stacy said making you nod in confusion.
Would Rema even accept the child?
Am I really pregnant?
What if I end up as a baby mama?
What would my parents say of me?
Would I be able to continue school while pregnant?
Different things ran through your mind as you approached the penthouse.
You pressed the pass code on the door and it made a beep sound before opening.
Entering inside you saw Rema coming towards you. He gave you a hug, you partially returned it as you were still weak and confuse.
“ y/n guess what?” he asked placing small kisses on your neck.
“ what?” you asked almost in a whisper tone.
“ I'm performing at Ballon d'Or” he said . If it was to be another time he said it you'd be so happy, very happy for him but now the joy wasn't just there.
“ Wow that's nice , wow” you managed to say.
“ that's not all” he said before going towards the couch to take an envelope and he handed it to you.
You took it and slowly opened it. Your eyes almost popped out from their socket.
Cos before you was two tickets to Paris.
“ you're coming with me” he said and you just stood there frozen.
You quickly left him and ran upstairs.
“ are you alright?” you heard him ask.
“ yes really need to use the restroom” you stopped to say before running again.
You quickly took out the strip and did the do. You looked at the result before you and it was like you wanted to faint.

I'm so so sorry for not updating since. It's just that I'm in my final year of school and I have to read for alot of exams, and our school mock is in two weeks time . I can't wait to finally finish secondary school 😭😭.
