Amarachi was about to say something when Steve stood up and went to meet Amarachi, he held her hand then brought her to stand up.
" I humbly accept the child" Steve said and Stacy hissed.
" Sit down my friend, let her tell us who the father is" Stacy said then Steve looked at Amarachi.
Amarachi sighed before saying
" He's the father"
All of you were stunned.
" What!!?" Stacy screamed.
" Y'all are joking" you said not believing your ears.
" I'm not" Amarachi said.
" Wait so you guys have been..." Tobi didn't complete the words as Amarachi completed it for him.
" We've been dating for a month now, we didn't want to tell you guys because well....you might over react" Steve said while still holding Amarachi's hand.
" My God" Stacy said " but you said you're two months gone"
" I am, but we began dating last month " Amarachi said and everyone was silent again.
Slowly a smile spread across Stacy's face.
" I don't know what to say, well I'm happy for you both though" Stacy said standing up to hug them.
" Congrats bro" Tobi said shaking Steve.
" Thanks man" Steve replied, everybody was smiling now.
" Congratulations" you told them hugging them both.
" Wow this is.... shocking, I thought you two hated each other with your life before o" you said sitting down.
Amarachi laughed, you all sat down.
" Who said I don't still hate him" Amarachi said pushing Steve away from herself .
" Haters to lovers" Stacy said and you laughed.
" E for sweet if una write story about unself ( it would be nice if you guys wrote a story about y'all selves) Stacy said.
" I swr" you said, soon your phone chimmed and it was Rema.
He wanted both of you to go out for dinner.
You smiled to yourself but the smile didn't last as you remembered your situation.
" So guys our sign out is not far again o, three months from now we're done with this school" Amarachi said bringing you back.
" That's true o, Omo I can't wait” Stacy said .
" Guys , I need to go. Rema wants to take me for dinner" you said and Stacy whistled.
" It's not small thing o” she said and you chuckled getting up.
