chapter 6

"morning, wyatt!" with a bright smile i wore when i saw him the first thing in the morning at school. then the boy turned his head to look at me, and he raised his mouth like a crescent moon. "hey... morning, y/n" wyatt was happy to see me, and i'm truly happy to see him, but someone's not; it's leyley

she just looked bored with everything in our greetings, and andy looked at us as he began to speak, "we'll see each other at lunch then..." i nodded, and then i suddenly got an idea. "wyatt, you should have lunch with us too! we never got to eat together before..."

wyatt was slightly uneasy with the suggestion, while i can see him looking at leyley's and andy's way in the corner of his eyes. he couldn't respond that much, so i went towards my older siblings and said, "we can let him eat with us, right?" i pleaded slightly with them; leyley was glaring at me while andy just followed whatever decision leyley made

"are you serious... first, you want to let him play with us, and now lunch? can he not sit and not eat with us?"

"... i don't mind either way... as long as we can eat together..."

"ha! you see? andy's okay with it!"

ashley groans more, and the bell rings, and our first class is about to start. "okay! see you guys later then!" leyley was still not satisfied with my sudden choice, but i just got to her class as well, andy went to his class, and i went with wyatt to our class


































"you're drawing was great, y/n!" some of my classmates praise me more and more as i just smile at them. "thank you," i replied to them, and everyone started to have a conversation with me since i attracted even more a nicest siblings in the graves family, which is my goal

they kept on talking while we went out of the class and to the cafeteria. both of my older siblings were already seated at our usual spot, and my classmates from behind me started to show a sour face when they saw them

"uhm... we'll talk to you later, y/n" with that, they went away and waved at me slightly. i nod to them with a gentle smile and search for wyatt at his usual spot with his group friends. "wyatt, let's go eat with us!" i smile excitedly down at him as i go towards wyatt

"i... don't know about that, y/n... i don't want to bother you guys..." he seems to be a little uncomfortable, but i insist on him regardless. later, i grab his arm and drag him to our usual spot while leyley trying not to get more pissed when she sees us

leyley rolls her eyes and keeps eating as i let wyatt sit across her, and i sit beside him with a bright smile. "oh, andy! what are you having today?" i asked as i looked down at his tray, and he said he got the usual "you forgot to get your food, n/n..." i blink when andy points it out

"it's fine! i'll have some of your guys food then"

"i'm not sharing... i'm so hungry right now" leyley was still upset, so she wouldn't share it with me; figures

"... n/n, you can have some of mine..." andy offered his, and so i was satisfied with it as i nodded happily at him. wyatt even willing to share food with me, and i'm more than happy to accept it from him.

we've been friends since he transferred to this school for the last two months, and he got along well with everyone, but not with leyley and andy as that goes for everyone. andy wasn't a very social person, but he can get along with everyone well, and leyley wasn't the brightest person from everyone's perspective. more likely, everyone dislikes her behaviour, so she only sticks with me and andy

































"y/n... i don't think your siblings like me that much... they didn't look like they wanted me around..." wyatt said as he sensed that he was not welcome to be around them, but i just cheered him up, "no, it's okay... they'll like you eventually! my older siblings are shy around new people"

"... ashley really doesn't want me to hang out with you... and she is kind of... scary" i blinked when he said that, as if he were trying to find a little nice word to describe her, and i shook my head slightly. "don't worry, wyatt... she's really fun to be with, and she can be a little mean, but she really does care sometimes, so... just give her some time." with that reassurance, wyatt just nods, and hopefully everything goes well, as i hope so too

after having that conversation with wyatt, i went to search for andy and leyley as we went back to our house, and we just arrived at the bus stop station after it dropped us by the apartment complex where we lived

we had just about any random things to say, and mostly i was talking while they both listened to me or talked to me. leyley loves to talk to me, while andy always gives a dry reply or just a nod, but i knew he enjoyed listening to me

then, leyley mentioned that her friend from school has a crush on andy which made me a little uneasy upon hearing that news, and leyley didn't like that at all as she thought of her friend's betrayal towards liking our big brother

"are you going to be her boyfriend, andy...? we're going to be lonely if you hang out with her more..." i said that almost sorrowfully, but then he tried to comfort me, "uh... no, because that's gross... don't worry, n/n"

leyley started to laugh abruptly and said she would teach her friend a lesson. "you're our brother!! ours!" i agreed with her about teaching her friend a lesson just so she could stay away from andy. "and that's the same for you, n/n... you should just hang out with us more than that stuupid wyatt"

"n/n mostly makes her have a poor time with us, ley. she's more the lady like that; everyone just wants to be around her... even when n/n wants to spend more time with us." andy stated the fact, and i'm very proud of it

"screeeeeeew you, i'm the almost same person—est lady just like n/n!" i grin slightly because i don't think it's true that much, but it's fine since i like the way my big sister is
