Chapter 4.

A week passed. I avoided seeing the group at all cost since i was still healing. Anytime they'd ring, i'd just tell them i was busy and i could maybe do something the next day, but never did. And i couldn't help but wonder if the people who saw my real identity would spill it. I really hoped they wouldn't, that'd just make everything miserable for me. I was laying in bed, i had literally just woke up 20 minutes before and was scrolling through my phone. Nothing had really crossed my mind, considering i was half asleep. I didn't really want to do anything that day, considering i hadn't been doing anything for that whole week but i thought maybe it was time to go back out. I had been feeling alot better anyway, considering my body healed up in matter of days since i got bit. Fast foward a couple of hours, it was 8pm and the sun was starting to set. I was out on a rooftop, once again. I tried my best to avoid the streets but of course, i couldn't really. People shouted up at me, asking for pictures and stuff like that. Aswell as news reporters were out, looking for me. I was looking down at the streets, watching as cars drove by when i noticed a car i knew all too well. It was Louis's. He was cruising around in that audi of his. I could hear it too, he had all sorts of modifications on it. I decided since i didn't have much else to do, i'd follow him but stick to the rooftops. I was jumping from roof to roof, still following his car. Eventually, it came to a halt and i stopped too, waiting for his car to start driving again.

Tick, tock.

I whipped around. I looked around frantically, looking for the source of it but nothing was there. I was starting to get sick of this.

"What do you want from me!" I shouted, frustrated.

I got no reply. I kept on looking around, up until i was facing the ledge again, then i got pushed. Obviously, i was caught off gaurd but i didn't suffer, just a bit of shock. I swung to the rooftop opposite and looked but whatever pushed me was gone. That was until i got grabbed from the back. He grabbed my shoulder and spun my around before lifting me in the air by my neck. I finally got a look at his face. Well, half of it. Just his mouth, no frown, no smile. Just blank. I tried my best to latch onto things near me but i couldn't, this dude was actually going to kill me. He seemed to be sick of me trying to get away, so, he forced me to the ground, slamming me down and kept his hand around my neck.

"You'll all pay for what you have done."

I started to feel faint. Really faint. Up until something rushed through me. A sort of adrenaline. I think i was in fight or flight. I started kicking him with my legs, trying to get him off but he wasn't budging and i started to think maybe i should just give up. Up until a small orange spark behind him appeared and started to grow bigger into a circle, seeming like a city was behind it. Then, 2 people emerged. A man and a woman. The man was in a suit of armour, black and white, while the woman was in a cloak.

"You do not belong on this planet Kraven!" The man shouted, ripping him off of me.

'Kraven' was lifted into the air by the man and struggled to get down, but he did. He got away too while the man chased after him with the help of some sort of jets on his suit. All while i struggled to catch a breath.

"Are you okay?" The woman asked.

It only occurred to me that these people came out a magic circle and i should probably get the fuck away. I started to crawl away, still looking at her.

"We're here to help!" She tried to explain but i wasn't having any of it.

I managed to get up onto my feet and was ready to jump off but was stopped. Not by anything, my body just wouldn't move no matter if i tried. It was like i was frozen in place.

"I can't let you leave if Kraven is the one you want." She spoke softly.

"I can't move." I said as i groaned, trying to move.
