I just received Daija's letter in the mail, I'm glad to know she's forgiven me about my son Prince. It hurt my soul when I found out what was going on while I was away. Daija kept my kids my entire 3 year sentence for Theft. I was only doing what I felt was right and at the time I didn't really have anyone to lean on for help. I was jobless and damn near homeless with 3 kids. 2 boys and an unborn baby girl at the time. My youngest, Amaya was born my 1st year in prison and I wrote to Daija and begged her to keep my children because I knew my mother wasn't fit to keep them and my siblings moved around too much for me to keep up. I remember when I first met her in the juvenile detention center, she beat up this girl that tried to jump me and after that we caused hell everywhere we went. She got released before me because she had a family to be released to, I was still in foster care. We stayed in contact with each other once I got released until a few years ago with the situation about my son. I should've believed her when she told me she didn't know.

"Ms. Griffin, Can I see you in my office please?" Oh Hell, somebody filed another complaint against me and it this one doesn't get thrown out, I can either get fired or transferred back to the Atlanta office and I need to know where A'Yoni and Delena are.
"Have a seat Ms. Griffin, I need to talk to you about a few things. There's going to be a few changes around here" Shit. I'm getting fired, Might as well walk out this mans office and pack my things. "Ok, Whats going on?" "I'm assigning you to another case on top of your current case with the Smith children. Are you familiar with the Rodriguez case?" " No, Sir. I am not familiar with that case" Whew, I thought I was getting fired but damn 2 cases. I'll have to work twice as hard. "Ok, with the Rodriguez case. I need you to find the children that are involved. 15 year old Destiny and 13year old Issac Rodriguez. Their parents are Channellica and Javier Rodriguez-2 fugitives that disappeared without a trace last year. There was a tip that was sent in saying the children were last seen at Roseline Elementary down in Augusta, Georgia back in August of last year. Do you think you can handle that?" "Yes, Sir. I'll be able to handle it. What's the deadline on this case?" "Same as the other one, 12/1." As I was walking out of my bosses' office, I kept thinking about the name Channellica and why it sound so familiar to me.
Later that evening....
"BREAKING NEWS, Local police have received another tip in-regards to the disappearance of 43 year old Javier Rodriguez and 40 year old Channellica Rodriguez. The couple has been on the run since October of last year and are suspected of foul play with their children, 10 year old Destiny and 8 year old Issac. If you have any other tips on the couples where abouts, Please contact Augusta Police Department at 618-222-3300."
It finally hit me where the name "Channellica" sounds so familiar. I met her with Daija a few years ago, after we both were released from juvenile. Channellica went by Chanel, Chanel Samuels. Chanel was a few years older than us, always looked out for us and treated us like her little sisters until she started acting funny and started lying to us stuff like being arrested for possession of child pornography, possession of controlled substance, etc. I no longer felt safe around her and I kept telling Daija that something was off about her and she flipped when I confronted her. Now that I know her children and Daija's children are possibly in danger, I'm doing everything I can to find those babies but first I'll need to figure out where to start with Destiny and Issac. A'Yoni and Delena, I would just need to get in contact with her mother or her ex, Darryl.

"Dear Mrs. Smith,
My name is Skylar Griffin, I'm not sure if you remember me but I was friends with Daija growing up in Atlanta. I am writing you this letter in hopes of being able to help locate A'Yoni and Delena. I will need to ask a series of questions if you are willing to comply. I am available by phone at 281-330-8004.
Sincerely,
Skylar Griffin"
Let me send this off to her and hopefully she still lives at the same address and is willing to comply and answer the questions I have for her about Daija , A'Yoni, Delena and Darryl.
