A leader of a CIA agent team goes against his office, striking a deal with a seemingly normal bank employee. Although the employee is skeptical at first, as she has worked the longest at the small bank, but has never been given a promotion, she is shocked to learn that the small bank actually holds millions of dollars in secret underground compartments that belong to the government.
