My POV:
I am in my bedroom, about to get dressed. When my phone goes off. I look at my phone and it is unknown number.
The Message:
??: We need to meet in person. Are you still in Kansas?
Yn: No, I live in California with my husband and child.
??: That's perfect. Can we meet in 2 weeks?
Yn: Sure thing. I have to go now.
I put my phone away and changed into the outfit, finally. I go downstairs to where everyone is.
Yn: Ready to go?
Colby: Yes, we are.
We load up into the car and head to the restaurant to eat some dinner/lunch. Inside the restaurant, we start to talk about things that have had happen since having our son and our wedding.
Mrs. Brock: How has our grandson been doing?
We both look at each other, then back at Mrs. Brock.
Yn & Colby: Well...
Yn & Colby: Well...
Mr. Brock: What happen?
Colby: My ex-girlfriend, Amber took Junior and he was missing for three days.
Mr. & Mrs. Brock: What? When did you guys get Junior back?
Mr. & Mrs. Brock: What? When did you guys get Junior back?
Colby: Yesterday, before you guys showed up last night.
Yn: They are being charged for kidnapping.
Mr. Brock: Can't believe that happen to you guys.
Colby: Thanks mom. Yn was having a hard time dealing with Junior being taken away.
We eat dinner and talk for awhile. About an hour later, we head back to the house.
Colby's parents stayed for about an week. And my mom and dad stayed for about an week ago. We loved spending time with them.
About an week later, I am about to meet my biological parents for the first time.
Colby's POV:
I am in my son's room, putting him to bed for his nap time. I leave the room and head out, while I close the door to the bedroom. Then walk out and see my wonderful wife, standing there.
Yn: Babe?
Colby: Yes honey?
Yn: This person texted me an week ago about information on my biological parents.
Colby: Really?
Yn: Yes. Wants to meet me in a few days.
Colby: Are you ready to know your biological parents?
Yn: I think so.
Colby: Do you want me to come with you?
Yn: If you want to go. Who can watch Junior?
Colby: We can ask Sam and Kat, if they watch him.
