Cassie's Pov
Matt and I walked around the beach laughing basically the whole time then he took me to Dairy Queen.
After I ordered I went to pay but Matt would not let me, "Look," I laugh, "I get you're trying to be nice guy, but let me pay today."
He shakes his head, "Cam paid yesterday, let me today." He tells me pushing my hand down and pulling out his money.
Matt took my hand and lead me outside, choosing a table far away from the others. First we laughed a lot making jokes, and just enjoying ourselves. But then we started talking about anything and everything, we even talked about our family, futures, and what we've always wanted.
My phone starts ringing, "Matt, I'm sorry, I don't want to be rude, but Cam is calling."
"I get it!" He smiles.
Hello?
Cassie?
Yes?
Where are you?
Dairy Queen, I went out with Matt today, remember?
Yeah, but I thought you would be home within a few hours?
It has been a few hours silly.
He laughs.
Bye Cam.
See you soon.
I look at Matt, "Cam was wondering where I was. He thought we'd be home sooner."
"No, not at all, are you ready to go home?"
"If you are."
Matt stood up and held out his hand for me to take. He's super sweet. We walked to my car and got in. Matt and I sat in the car in comfortable silence until he decided to take the AUX cord and then we had a jam session.
I smile as Matt and I walk in the house, but soon my smile drops.
"What is it Cam? I ask.
"Nash is gone." He says stressed.
"That's weird." I say looking to Matt who then looks at Cam.
