Three months later

"Danno I'm scared I what if this is a mistake?" Buck asks right when Eddie exits the room to get a drink Buck is getting his amputation surgery today he was meant to get it two months ago but he canceled it due to nerves. "No kid it's not a mistake, it causing you extreme pain it's slowing your physical recovery. Eddie says he'll wake up to you sitting on your chair down stairs drenched in sweat it better to have it gone than it to cause you that much pain." Danny says running a hand through Buck's hair trying to sooth him. "You can barley stand because of it for more than twenty minutes at a time before you have tears kiddo you can't push it off any longer it's been almost six months."

"I know but it still scares me Danno, Eddie says he won't leave but what if he does dad?" Buck asks with a sigh pacing around the room Danny grabbing him shaking his head. "Trust me Evan he won't it a father intuitions Evan he's not going to leave you he loves you." Danny knows that for sure for the fact him, and Steve helped Eddie pick out a ring last week so Danny is sure Eddie won't leave.

"You don't know that for sure dad, none of us expected me to get nabbed and than to survive it 18 months later be rescued and than to have my leg cut off." Danny scoffs shaking his head at Buck forcing him into the bed. "No but we didn't expect your guardian angles Brain and Freddie to get your ass out and bring Eddie to ya either now did we? Sit down we don't want your heart rate or blood pressure to high before surgery son." 

"You also need to find yourself a therapist Buckaroo, you need to find one." Buck shakes his head at Danny rolling his eyes. "I don't need it Danno, therapy is the stupidest thing in the world never should have been invented." Danny knows he should have expected that answer from his son he got him into therapy but he refused to talk to the therapist even as a kid. "Hey baby." Eddie says walking in and Buck smiles letting Eddie give him a kiss and hug Buck forcing him onto the bed with him. 

"Awe."

"Zip it Clay I still out rank you!" Buck hisses and Clay instantly smiles at the door frame Eddie who is bright red lets out a soft smile and Buck forces one out. "None of that fake smile crap KID you don't have to hide from us." Jason says softly who brought Sonny who makes me smile shaking my head. "What happened to Blackburn?"

The room fills with tension so thick you could have ten 20 pound steak dinners for a year. "Uh..." Everyone looks at each other rubbing the back of their necks. "Uhm he's in military prison for another 13 years before he's eligible for parole Buck and Sonny both yell out what hearing that. "The brass did a full investigation on how the hell you and Eli were able to just be taken and they found him at fault for not keeping an eye on the ISR or warning that people were behind you. But since Eli died and your losing a leg the Lawyers and state are going for a resentenced for instead of gross negligence they are going for involuntary man slaughter, two counts of involuntary kidnapping. 20 counts of aggravated assault, one count of involuntary attempted murder." Clay says softly taking a breath and Hondo steps forward ready to finish.

"20 counts assault with bodily injury, treason, terrorism, a few other things he in deep waters they basically are trying to get him either death sentence or 40 life sentences without. And because he pleaded guilty to the 7 counts of gross negligence one for each of us there is a high chance of him being sentenced to death. " 

Buck just stares at them confused and also flabbergasted than it clicks in his head. "He's the reason I was taken, w-wait wasn't h-he in charge of watching ISR for Freddie wait no is he the reason Freddie died? I mean it never...It what that it doesn't make sense is that the 'Classifed reason he was discharged in the first place did h-he get F-Freddie killed?" Buck starts to have a panic attack hearing that and that when Steve nods.
