Mihawk swings his sword, slashing buildings, causing one of the Marine's legs to be trapped in the rubble. He tries to pull his leg out, but it's no use. He begs the swordsman to spare him. Mihawk approaches the Marine while oozing a Hisoka amount of bloodlust, causing everyone around to age 30 years faster. He refused to use his conquers haki, as he wanted everyone to know what awaited those who dared to steal from the Warlord.
The Marine has stolen his drugs...

Mihawk ate all his drugs, and he forgot he ate them all because he was on drugs. The newly promoted Marine in question just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.
