Part 2

Next, we have mentor hour. We will get a new seating plan and I don't really care who I sit next to. As long as it is someone from our friend group.

I walk into the classroom and my gaze falls on the name Eliza. I look next to the name and I giggle.

Otto.

I search for my name and I see it in front of Eliza. "AAAA, I AM IN FRONT OF YOU!" I shout out of joy. Hunter looks at me and I immediately blush, he smiles. Wait... Does he like me?

"You should ask him, he is smiling at you..." Eliza whispers to me. "Stop it!" I get red, and I sit down on my spot, next to Elijah. I smile when I hear Otto starting a conversation. I turn my body when they finally shut up, and I start talking to Eliza.

"Hey! Now we can talk, like all the time!" I say and Eliza smiles a bit, but she looks a bit down. I notice Bailey and Otto talking and I mouth an, "Oh."

"Yeah, it's going to be fun!" She answers finally. The teacher starts the lesson and I turn around again. I really have to get a sufficient, or I'll fail.

After the lesson, I turn around again. "Hey, by the way, you're invited to my party! It is going to be a sleepover." I say. "Sure sounds fun!" Eliza responds.

I pack my bag and I walk towards Naomi. She is also invited. After school, I should message Demi. I also want her to come. Apart from that maybe two friends from primary school.

Now we have German. I sit on my usual spot and I notice Hunter sitting at the very back. Great. Now I can't stare at him. I laugh at my own thoughts.

I turn around and start talking to Eliza. "I swear if that wheel lands on me, I will jump off a building." Another friend from our friend group joins in. "Ohh!! I'll join!" We start laughing and then we are talking.

Everyone around us is quiet and Eliza softly punches my shoulder. I notice that the teacher is waiting for me and I turn around, embarrassed.

We start with the lesson and the first to do the M.O. is Sydney. She aces it. I smile, and the next person is Otto. I smile devilishly, and then the teacher says the word bekommen. And I hear Eliza say something. He repeats it and it is correct.

I am definitely bringing those two together.

After the lesson I see them talking and after he leaves I look at Eliza. "Do you have a crush on Otto? You are blushing..." I ask, searching for tea. "No, I don't have a crush on him!" I hear her giggle and I smile. Yes, she has a crush on him.

Sylvie asks me if I want to cycle together and I nod. We walk to our lockers and I see Hunter. "Hey." He says, and I smile back, waving a bit.

I may be the biggest extrovert, but I know nothing about boys.
