Episode 12: Let's Ride I: Zane's Fate

A few weeks later, Nathan along with Jose and Nick manage to create a machine to switch Zane and Hopper-3 back to their original bodies.

Nathan: It took us a week for set all this up, but we manage to do this without any trouble.

Jose: The SHOCKER's have gone quiet, too quiet. They must be ready for us.

Nick: Indeed, but we got no time to lose. We have to switch Zane back into his body before he's mutation starts to takeover him again.

Jose: His mutation level is up to 59%, even when he's not in the Super-1 form.

Nathan: At least we were able to restrain Hopper-3.

Hopper-3 continues to struggle to break free from the restraints.

MR Hopper-3: Let me go! This body is mine, you can't do this to me!

Jose: This body doesn't belong to you.

Zane: Hold on, before we do this. Let me check up on Mary.

Nathan: Seriously?

Zane: She's my little sister. If any of this goes wrong, I have to make sure she's okay.

Nick: "sigh" Go.

Zane goes to checkup on Mary while Nick, Jose and Nathan continue to check on the machine. Back at the race track, Bill was thinking about the promise that Zane made to him back when they recruited Pierre as Lara walk towards him.

Lara: You're thinking about that promise, weren't you?

Bill: Huh?

Lara: Zane told me about the promise that you guys made.

Bill: Oh.

Lara: Do you have any regret? Putting Hopper-3 back into his body and deals with the mutation.

Bill: I mean, do you really think Hopper-3 can change just by being in Zane's body?

Lara: I don't know, but it's already too late to find out.

Lara leans against the tree with Bill.

Lara: So, how does it feel that it's almost the end?

Bill: I don't know, but I really hope everything can go back to normal. I just hope Zane doesn't get killed in the process.

Lara: Me too, Bill. Me too.

Back at the house, Zane checks up on Mary as he walks in her room.

Zane: Hey sport, how are you doing?

Mary: I'm doing great, look at my drawing.

Zane walks towards Mary as he checks out her drawing of the Masked Rider Warriors.

Zane: Wow! This is so amazing and---

But before Zane can finish his sentence, he notice an arrow out at a drawing of Hopper-1 with the words 'big brother' which shocks him.

Zane: How did you...

Mary: I kind of spied on you talking to your friends since you return home.

Zane: You spied?! "sigh" What else do you know?

Mary: I know that you're sick and you don't have any time.

Zane: Mary.

Mary starts to hug Zane to comfort him.

Mary: When you left for your trip to find your friends to stop those meanies from hurting us, I got so scared about losing you when I found out, but now If this is the only way to save the world, then I don't mind you taking that risk. You're strong, Zane and I'm happy that you're my big brother.
