Regaining Info and New Learnings

Dear Diary,
let's go over what happened last week. I woke up after a horrible accident in my past life and now I am the youngest son of Duke Adonis, the war hero of the empire. I have regained some memories of the person I was reincarnated into, Azreal Belial Adonis, The Duchy's Mad Dog. I go to the prestigious academy of  Sengal, an academy that you need to work extremely hard to get into and barely any commoners are allowed to study at. If you graduate Sengal then you are basically set for the rest of your life. Sengal was the academy that Sarah, the female protagonist of the game My Future Husband Is Crazy!, was accepted into because of her powerful light magic. Sarah gets the attention of many people with the male protagonists being the Crown Prince, Charles/Charlie Carmil, the magic tower masters son and the heroines childhood best friend, William Norma, the  demon kings son, Micheal Detron, and the principles son, Sora Sengal. 

The hardest route is the demon kings son, Micheal, since you have to convince him to leave his father and join the heroine in defeating him. I get killed within 5 minutes of the game starting by William for talking to Sarah as her student guide. That means that no matter what I need to avoid all of these characters, especially William and Micheal since they both could kill me with a snap of their fingers. The Crown Prince is seen as kind to his allies and ruthless to his enemies. but in reality he's a total pushover and if I run into him then I need to immediately run away since if you offend him in the game then your chances of becoming a criminal increase by 35%!

Based on the memories I have acquired from this body, so far, I seem to be 15 and I'm...not the brightest of the bunch but no worries I can always raise my grade through studying. If I want to avoid the heroine then I need to make myself busy enough to not have time to deal with freshmen and avoid basically all the male leads while not bringing shame to my family anymore. If I head to the library and start studying now then by next Monday I should be able to easily pass the test for the start of the school year... I'm really screwed. Luckily I have the ability to see others stat windows and my relationship status with them, I can also tell whether or not they are lying to me based on their heartbeat and body language thanks to my original families Blood Ability.

Blood Abilities are specific powers that every family has and the more powerful your family is, the stronger your Blood Ability is. In some rare cases you can even have 2 Blood Abilities, one from your mother and the other from your father. Most commoners have yet to access their Blood Ability since you have to get permission from the Imperial Family to unlock it legally. Some lucky few have gotten their children or their own Bloodline Abilities unlocked on accident and other have been given permission after the empire sees great potential in certain commoners, like Sarah, who used her light power accidentally after seeing a hurt imperial soldier and healing them. 

Azreal was lucky enough to get 2 abilities but his birth fathers Bloodline Ability wasn't very strong since it was only extremely heightened perceptiveness and skills so he has extremely good hearing, taste, sight, smell, touch, and even intelligence! His mothers ability is unknown to me as of now, actually all memories of his mother are gone and the only memories he has with his birth father or some not so good ones. Since he inherited all his mothers traits his ex father treated him harshly so that he could grow up to be strong. His new father is just happy that he's safe and healthy like his elder brothers and older sister, who all were the Duke's children by blood and had exceptionally strong abilities. He was treated as an outcast and told to hide his intelligence since, according to his brothers, it would do him no good on the battlefield. 

His older sister was the only sibling who treated him kindly but when she got married she had to leave the house and so a person that Azreal cared deeply for was forced to leave. Luckily his sister visits whenever she can but part of their conversations always... cut out. I'm sure it's not important but it is still strange and I should probably work towards getting the rest of the memories of Azreal. I guess I also need to get used to realizing that I am now Azreal Belial Adonis and not Jacob Stasis anymore. 

Lets talk about artifacts now. Artifacts are rare magical tools that are made by wizards and alchemists for people who can't use certain types of magic like a person who uses fire magic and can't use earth magic or healing magic. Artifacts are usable when you or someone else put some of your mana into them and charge them up. They can also be charged with a magic stone but those are rare and only used on extremely powerful artifacts like huge protective barriers and powerful weapons like the one the heroine uses at the end of the game, the Staff Of Light. The Staff Of Light was said by many powerful oracles to be the weapon to defeat the demon king when he got too powerful, now some oracle say that the demon kind doesn't deserve to die when he does something that humans have been doing for centuries and that is gaining more land and getting stronger. 

I'm with them to be honest, I mean talk about humans being hypocritical 'we can have land but you can't' it's so stupid, at least to me. But anyway back to artifacts. Oracles are people with time related abilities and they can predict the future much more accurately than people without them, now I'm not saying people without time abilities can't predict the future, it just takes up a lot more mana and a artifact to do it. Like with Alchemists, people who have unlocked their ability also can create things but it will never work the way an alchemists things would work because their ability is not made for that type of work. 

The limit to the amount of abilities people can have is unknown but there has only ever been one person to have 4 abilities and a very very small amount to have 3. Compared to them us dual ability wielders are like a dime a dozen. The last tri-wielder was born almost 150 years ago and they had alchemy, oracle, and healing. Light magic is rare and so they are held in the same respect as tri-wielders but dark magic is even rarer and 10x's more dangerous. There have only ever been 5 dark magic users recorded in history and there have been 50 light magic users as well, people used to say that when a Dark Mage is born there would be 10 Light Mages to cast them out and destroy them. People always said that light is good and dark is bad but if you actually read the history books then not all Light Mages have been good either.

 There have been 7 Light Mages to turn evil and corrupt but only 1-2 Dark mages, they say humans have this tendancy to turn toward light and away from dark but darkness can be just as comforting if you want it to be. Sorry for rambling on like that but I'm just so upset that people hold such prejudice over Dark Magic simply because it's not all mystical and 'good'. I gotta go now since my father's calling me for dinner and school is starting soon. I am becoming a Sophomore or a 2nd year this year and have another year until the game officially starts. Azreal locks the book with magic and hides it inside his secret safe that he installed in his bedside table where he keeps a weapon, his diary, some artifacts, and an emergency fund there at all times unless he is actively using it/them.

I finished it just in time since I gotta get started on some school work soon but I didn't want you guys to miss out on this important info but watch out because next chapter our baby's headed to school for his first day of his 2nd year.
