It's been two weeks since the "interaction " you had with akuma and somehow it keeps playing in your head whenever you lay down to go to sleep almost playing on auto and on many days it'd play suddenly - as if it's in the back of your head ready to taunt you at any second - and although the normal human reaction to such would be frustration. You on the other hand were glad your mind picked something other than your dark past to harass you with on daily basis - feels refreshing, to say the least -

Panting as a few groans slip from your mouth you toss and turn in your bed - with much difficulty - squeezing your eyes tightly you try to practice a technique your mum taught you once " Y/N listen to my voice closely okay? I know you're in pain honey however try to focus alright? "" I'll count and when I get to three I want you to start inhaling up until I say eleven then you'll exhale slowly till we reach nineteen "" doesn't matter how many times we go through it, we won't stop till you feel better "" m..umm hu...rts so bad " you shake your head in an attempt to eliminate your dialogue of the flashbacks -of your mum's breathing exercise-

This time however it didn't seem to work at all - acknowledging at this point you'd have to leave your bed- slowly moving the duvet away you wince once your clothed feet touch the surface of the wooden flooring - coldness seeping through your socks - you make heavy slow steps to the bathroom, opening the lights before you get in - your eyes don't bother complaining from the harsh contrast of your pitch black room to the new bright yellow lit environment - considering your level of pain you had other priorities. Reaching the wooden drawers you checked your monthly supply - only for you to curse yourself knowing you only had one packet left - " how did I not stock it earlier ... I seriously had three weeks! "" Was I really that distracted by stupid series of daydreams of the douchebag" " Was it worth the hassle y/n ?? " you mentally blabber as you go about using the packet. Standing up you wash your hands and sneakily take a peek at your reflection " I look like a zombie .. at least my face isn't puffy from sleep " You mentally judge your appearance as a sigh escapes your pale lips - but really would one be better than the other? - heading out into the open kitchen you boil some water adding cinnamon sticks to a mug - after rinsing them of course, cause surely you had your fair share of OCD or maybe even a share of two - tapping on the counter as you wait for the signal of your boiler you lean forward on the counter subconsciously taking deep breaths.

Lost in yet another daydream the signal you've been long waiting for awakens you, forcing you to stand to your full height - which by no means was anything remotely close to making it out of the fun size classification - you pour the boiled water into the mug leaving it to steep - although brewing it would've been the better option you simply didn't have time - you sit down placing the mug neatly on your countertop, waiting for a few minutes to pass for the steeping process to do its magic, you try to distract yourself as you start making a mental list - with the chores needed to be down this morning - " 1- change my clothes 2- head to the nearby pharmacy 3- visit the cute bakery three blocks away " you nod your head as you try to calculate the time needed for your morning missions, glancing at the electric oven's clock you read the time "4:37 anti meridiem "

You drink your beverage in peace praying it steers the pain away. Placing the mug in the sink you make your way to your room changing into baggy navy blue sweatpants and a matching hoodie slipping your feet into your daily white sneakers as you stuff your phone, wallet and charger into your pockets - took you awhile to understand the importance of having your charger along you anytime you leave your apartment -

Pushing the transparent door open you wince at the whiff of cold air that hits you immediately - which in the recent years you understood it was a system to help prevent infiltration from the outside unconditioned air, that causes rise in electric bills of a building or a store - you shiver as you make your way through trying hard not to be overwhelmed with the blinding spotlights that reflect on the shiny marble white flooring - causing high eye glare - and the ridiculous amount of product supply in such a small space - relatively- you spend ten minutes in desperate search of the sole purpose of your visit,  your eyes scan every shelf " I could just ask the- "" no I don't want to interact with another human " for a millisecond your eyes shone with hope as you saw a large shelf containing every possible pads brand to have ever existed, scanning the bags as your eyes search for a dark purple one, you see it standing comfortably on the heighest surface, you mentally facepalm as you force yourself not to roll your eyes, Gritting your teeth you as you realise you're going to have to call for the help of a staff member you inhale deeply.

As if your prayer have been answered an arm extends way over your head grabbing the purple bag, you watch the scene silently as you turn around facing a broad chest around twenty centimetres away from your face, you take note the man is on the phone before you even have a look at his upper body, a thud can be heard just a few centimetres from your feet as you see a flash of purple in your peripheral vision. Quickly diverting your attention to the item you bend down picking it up and just to your lucky it happened to be the product you needed.

Standing in the queue you start to feel your forehead sweating as your vision goes blurry, crouching down you apply pressure to your abdomin, you pay in a hurry, exiting the building a reminder flashes in your brain, you curse as the pain is getting too much to handle. Turning towards the entrance of the pharmacy once again to get the much needed painkillers. You stop as a man exits the door you stare at his chest as you feel yourself losing control over your body - logging out of reality - your body feels awfully loose, looking down at your hand you try to spread and close your fist, your fingers refuse to cooperate, you look up at the man as whisper leaves your dry mouth" I'm... g..o..nna ...fai-"
