(Sorry It's Very Short! but a short chapter is better than no chapter, right?)
Deuce sat back up in his cell after the Grim Reaper left his cell and grabbed a broken piece of tile that broke on the floor and began trying to pick the lock. he had been there for so long he knew he had maybe 3 or 2 minutes before the Grim Reaper would come back.
Deuce: Come On! I Have To Get Back To Monster High! To Clawdeen!
he finally picked the lock and escaped his cell. he crept out of the door and backed up when he was spotted by the Reaper who grabbed its scythe and ran at Deuce who shut the door and locked it. he pushed hard at the door since the Grim Reaper broke the lock quickly. he then looked around and saw a small open window, so he quickly dove for it, hopping on a desk and climbing out but he felt his foot being grabbed, so he turned it's hand into stone and broke it off. Deuce climbed out and pulled the stone hand off his foot and threw it to the ground. the Grim Reaper growled and made a new hand before leaving. Deuce laid back finally taking a sigh of relief, he stood back up and looked around. he was in an endless graveyard, for miles there were gravestones and bones on the ground
Deuce: creepy, too creepy. even for a monster
he started walking around, looking for any exit but he couldn't find a gate or a portal anywhere.
Deuce: Am I really stuck here forever? am I dead? I kissed a girl and I died, did not see that coming...
he sighed and sat near a gravestone, it read "Selena Wolf"
Deuce: Clawdeen's mom? I remember Clawdeen telling me about her, I also remember our kiss... but that feels like it happened years ago...
he patted the grave and stood back up, he saw an empty field in the distance, he ran to it. but he saw it was just a bunch of holes in the ground for future graves. he hoped one of the graves wasn't for him. he still couldn't help but wonder if he was gonna be trapped here forever. all he wanted was Clawdeen, he wanted to hold her, hug her, kiss her, just be there with her. he had to get back to her, even if it killed him. he hopped over some then saw the Grim Reaper staring into a pond that was glowing and he was chanting something. Deuce hid in a hole to see what he was doing and saw some green smoke come out and he captured it in a glass bottle, he then put it in his pocket. Deuce then heard the Grim Reaper say
G.R (too lazy to put Grim Reaper): you cannot cheat death Frankie Stein! I Will Not Be Cheated Again!
Deuce gasped hearing Frankie's name. was he gonna try and take them away? suddenly something brushed up against his leg, he looked down to see a rabbit showing nothing but it's bones, hugging his leg. he screamed and kicked it off, falling down and the Grim Reaper saw him
G.R: Do You Wish To Die?
Deuce: No Thanks! I Like Living!
the Grim Reaper then chanted something and a gate opened up and a portal appeared. Deuce took this as his chance and he sprinted toward the portal only for the Grim Reaper to almost chop his head off with the scythe but Deuce slid under his legs and jumped through the portal but it suddenly turned blue and he found himself in a black void. there was nothing, it was like he was in space but there were no stars
Deuce: Hello? Where Am I?
he started walking but he didn't know what he was walking on, all he saw was darkness, he couldn't even see his own hands, he turned around to see the portal closing and the Grim Reaper slowly waving at him before the portal closed. Deuce began getting scared about everything that had happened, his palms began sweating as tears burned his eyes, he had been tricked and was now trapped somewhere worse than a cell. he sat down and brought his knees up to his chest as he took shaky breaths. all he wanted was to go back home, to go back to Clawdeen and to hold her, kiss her, to be there for her. he started hyperventilating, what if she thinks he abandoned her? what if he never gets out and dies here? he started singing
Deuce: 🎶why is it always me? how could this have happened to me? all I wanted was to be who I was, to be freeee... but now I'm trapped in a void, please someone make a noise for me, I want to see, the truth, but no one wants to see me thro, just let me see the world again, the colors, the brightness and all my friends but... I'm trapped in a void.🎶
he gets up and begins walking while singing
Deuce: 🎶I left them all alone, I want to go home but, that's not how my life works. it's never what I want, it's only what I'm taught so please someone, save me from this hell...but now I'm trapped in a void, please someone make a noise for me, I want to see, the truth, but no one wants to see me thro, just let me see the world again, the colors, the brightness and all my friends but... I'm trapped in a void... ohhhh, in a void, ohhh...
he suddenly sees a memory of him and Clawdeen before he left. they were in his dorm, kissing. Clawdeen stared lovingly at him
Clawdeen: I love you Deuce
Deuce: I love you too Claw...
he tried running to the memory but it disappeared
Deuce: 🎶but now I'm trapped in a void (in a void), please someone make a noise for me (make a noise), I want to see, the truth, but no one wants to see me thro, just let me see the world again (again), the colors, the brightness and all my friends but... I'm trapped in a void.🎶
suddenly felt a hand on his back, he turned to see a wolf ghost
???: hello sweetheart, why are you here? you seem very young
Deuce calmed himself down and his breathing slowed down. he sniffled and replied
Deuce: I was forced here, the Grim Reaper tricked me and he's after one of my friends back at Monster High. I just feel so useless, I can't help them
the ghost sits next to him
???: I'm sorry to hear that, but you still have a chance since your not a ghost, maybe he will let you go?
Deuce: I doubt it, I bet he's only keeping me to bring my friends down here, I miss them...
???: I know how it feels to miss someone... I miss my husband and daughter, I got into a terrible accident and left my 5 year old without a mother... sometimes I wonder if she remembers me, and I also wonder how she looks now...
Deuce: I'm sure she's beautiful.... how long have you been here?
???: 11 years
Deuce: where are all the other spirits?
???: I don't know what happened... when I came here there were lots of spirits here but the Grim Reaper came and took them all a couple months ago, I've been lonely ever since
Deuce: I'm sorry to hear that, I was already losing my mind in that cell, but at least now I'll have someone to talk to. I still miss my Ghoulfriend, what does Clawdeen think of me now? I've been gone for months!
the ghost tensed up when he said Clawdeen
???: I know someone named Clawdeen... she's my daughter
Deuce: W-What? Is Apollo Your Husband?
???: Yes!
Deuce: what's your name?
???: my name is Selena Wolf, Clawdeen's mother and werewolf half
Deuce's jaw dropped, he was talking to the spirit of his ghoulfriends mother. he tried to play it cool and he extended his hand
Deuce: it's nice to meet you?
