"Hey mommy"a voice says from behind and I groan putting the spatula down and turning to face the perpetrator.
"Benjamin I told you to stop calling me that! It is weird and haven't your father asked you to stop coming here"I snap at him.
"Well,he asked me to check up on you. And aren't you the one who took my mom's place. You are my father's wife there fore my step mom. I allowed to have a mother"he smirks and I throw the napkin at him.
Ughh...he makes me so angry at times.
"You are so annoying"I roll my eyes,
"Well I am the best and you love me"he chuckles
"Tolerate you because of your father. He is the man I love,and for him I'll do anything"I tell him with an adoring smile.
I love Daniel,with my entire being. I never thought I would find someone to love like that. And for the first time,it isn't unrequited,it is reciprocated. He loves me as much as I love him, maybe more.
"How are you feeling today. How is he doing?"he asks softly.
"I am fine,the morning sickness has gone down a little bit and stop saying it's a he. It might be a girl you know"I shrug stirring my noddles.
"You don't have to worry. This one will be fine. Nothing will happen"he says asn he is now beside me.
"I hope so"my voice shakes, remembering my past.
Five years ago after I returned to Australia,I decided to quit school and enter into the world of modeling but dad wasn't allowing it,so I took up some classes and graduated from business school before entering into the modeling world.
Turns out I didn't have the passion for law,only did it because Aspen was doing it.
I had a few gigs, suddenly I became famous because of my parents. I am the face of Ocean's Chasing Dream,and now I was the face of Versace and Armani.
I did a few run way shows in Fashion weeks and was cast in a new Paris Universal movie,I was the leading actress and I killed the role.
During the making of the movie is where I remet Daniel. He was a little bit cold about me ghosting him,but I apologized. We went out a few times,but secretly tho,the public can be savage a times.
We clicked after a few dates and things begun to get serious between us. I told him about the horrible things I did to Aspen and I thought he'd hate me but he understood me and even helped me reach to Alessio where I apologized.
He wasn't the same after Aspen went MIA. He looked like death but he coping with school and work.
After graduated he moved to new York and opened a mini Italian restaurant and now it is thriving all over the country and beyond.
He still misses her tho.
Well back to Daniel and I, a year of dating later we went public and he proposed.
