Chapter 37

Immediately I enter the coffee shop I spot Ocean sitting at the far end of the shop.

I walk to her and pull out a chair grabbing her attention from her phone.

Today she is in beautiful chasing dream blue summer dress. Her bump is really showing in this dress,I am pretty sure she is due a few weeks from now.

"Hey,thank you for coming,I appreciate it"she says once I take my seat.

"I need your help"I say immediately she finishes her sentence. That gets her more curious and surprised.

"Okay,is it about Alessio,did he ask you out already. Are you pregnant like me?"she asks excitedly.

"Ewwww no. I am not pregnant,not that being pregnant is bad but I am not. And yes Alessio did ask me out but that is not the problem"I tell her and she pouts.

"So what is it then?"she asks

"It is about Hera. She is got Allen in deep shit right now and his marriage is on the line"I tell her and she frowns.

I begin to tell her everything Allen told me this morning and listened with rapt attention.

"How dare she try to ruin my uncle's marriage"she says immediately I am done with the story.

"We need to know what she is planning. She needs to leave the country"I tell her.

"And how are we going to do that?"she asks

"I have a plan"I tell her and explain the entire plan to her.

"Oh this plan is good. I am in. She messed with the wrong family"she smirks and so did I.

"She wouldn't know what hit her"I sip my coffee.

Today is my date with Alessio. I actually agreed to meet him on Friday instead of Saturday. We are having another scene shoot on Saturday and I need to be there to commence our plan.

That's why I am sitting at a table with him at one of his restaurants, eating Italian food.

It isn't as awkward as I thought it would be, Alessio is just different,he isn't the shy man I knew back in Italy,he is now a renowned millionaire chef in New York. He is now a man fluent in English and has his  bachelor's degree.

I can still feel his eyes on me as I eat my food ,I feel uncomfortable and try to adjust the neckline of my white off the shoulders  dress.

"Okay,are you going to talk to me or keep on staring at me all night"I finally snap, looking up at him.

He smiles and shakes his head," you haven't changed one bit mi amore. I just can't comprehend how beautiful you are"he says softly and now I turn red. I blush really hard,I haven't heard him admire me in such a long time.

"The...thank you"I smile shyly looking back at my food.

We make light conversation throughout the dinner and finally we finished eating he lead me outside to my car.

We stop Infront of it and I need to get this heaviness off my chest.

"You really hurt me Alessio. You slept with someone I loved the most and that hurt me so much. You didn't believe me when I needed you the most,you abandoned me and I can still feel the scares even after all these years"I tell him trying to hold back my tears but I failed miserably.

I look at the broken look on his face mirroring mine,and before I can think further,he immediately falls to his knee on the busy street of New York, attracting an audience.

He burst into tears and I feel my heart break for him,

"I am so sorry mi amore,I am sorry I left you when you needed me the most. I am sorry, forgive me, please,I am not going to hurt you again. I love you so much please, please forgive me me"he begs and audience were awwing at his words.

"I have already forgiven you Alessio,I don't hold grudges anymore"I say and help him to his feet. I pull him closer to me and take his face in my hands.

"I want us to try again,I giving you one more chance but please don't hurt me again. But you have to gain my trust again. If you ever hurt me again Ale,I am not only going to leave but also let my father handle you. Do you understand?"I say and he nods frantically.

"Thank you amore. I love you"he whispers.

"I love you too"I say and kiss him softly.

We both sigh in relief as our lips touched. I have really missed this and him.

I smile at the text and reply,

Thanks babe,and I would love that. Meet you at 8- Aspen

I chuckle and enter the studio,I spot Daniel and Ocean sucking each other's tongue.

"Eww.. I didn't need to see that. Too much PDA"I say and the break apart but Daniel never let Ocean go. They are still pressed up against each other.

"Well I can't deny my wife when she needs me"he shrugs and Ocean blushes hard. He rubs her bump softly and kisses her cheeks.

"You both make want to have a baby"I groan.

"Well you and Alessio can start trying now. Have you seen the headlines this morning,you two have taken us off the number 1 spot of the cutest couple in  the city"he smirks and I let out a small chuckle.

"We are taking things slow and don't believe everything the headlines say. Are you ready for today Ocean"I ask her

"As I will ever be"she smirks.

"Is that why you came to work with me. Because you two are up to something?"Daniel asks with  narrow eyes.

"I love you "she says sheepishly.

"Love you more. Becareful. I am just happy you two are getting along"he smiles and walks away leaving us alone.
