Chapter 0 - Some notes

This story was supposed to be a sort of background story to a main story that my friends were gonna make. however because of a recent falling out with my friends that story will most likely be scrapped, or we'll be forced to change the entire nature of the story.

However, I will continue writing this story because I feel I've invested enough into my character and have fleshed him out into his own being enough to make this book whether or not my one remaining friend and I choose to write The Creation, which was what we were going to make as an entire friend group. If we do there will probably be huge changes to it as the number of main characters will decrease by quite a bit.

I suppose that If I'm going to be telling my character's story you need to know what kind of universe it takes place in. Essentially The Creation is sort of like the Into the Spider Verse movies, the Loki show, and the Multiverse of Madness movie. The Creation itself is an organization set in the heart of the multiverse and is in charge of managing all multiverses. Here's where it gets interesting, think of every TV show and movie you've watched, think of every multiverse and alternate AU and OC you've seen on the internet. Think of Every dream and daydream and little idea you've come up with in your head, now condense all that into the multiverse and times it by the billions of people on the planet Earth. For example, that Alternate AU you made up about an interesting franchise in your head where you have built a new character or characters into it, or maybe you changed the storyline. That officially exists in The Creation multiverse. allow me to pop an idea in your head. a potato that wears a suit and has limbs, he speaks in a British accent and is essentially a potato butler. Because you've had that thought, He now exists somewhere in The Creation multiverse. Now multiply your thoughts of what that character would look like by what every other reader of this book came up with, It probably wasn't exactly what you were thinking. right? even if the idea was described the same, each person made a different mental image and so each individual mental image has now become their own character in The Creation multiverse. Pretty cool, right? And each individual thought and Idea is a part of The Creation, that weird dream you had the other day? It exists in the Creation Universe. That new way of answering the math problem you came up with that's so much easier that the one your teacher taught you? It's now being teached in an alternate universe to your classroom and maybe you're the one that comes up with the same way that it's taught in your universe.

I'm sure you understand by now so let's get on to showing you my character's universe. He lives in a town I came up with called NewHill. Newhill is located somewhere in the Midwestern USA and is a small humble little town. The town has a low crime rate but nonetheless houses it's very own SWAT team for emergencies. Our main character is a part of said SWAT team. I suppose I should clear up who he is now, hm? His name is Wade Davis. I don't want to give out too much information regarding him since this book is supposed to cover his life, so I'll leave it at that. You may be wondering: "Why is the book called Vincent if his name is Wade?" Dont worry, we'll cover that in the book. Also, note that this universe is also tied to the SCP Foundation Universe, and we'll see some of that later in the book. and if you are unaware of what the SCP foundation is, you may want to look it up, or perhaps not, as it allows for more mystery as to when it shows up. either way, that's for you to decide ;)
