A Green Anaconda, a Bullsnake, a Burmese Python and a very interesting snake I had never heard of or seen before called a Ross' Wolf Snake were looking at me through the glass cages. I walked toward the strange snake and to my surprise it was wrapped in a strange sort of bandage. Then I saw the label above the cage that read "This species is endangered so it will only be here for the time being, due to a curable injury from a sick and dizzy cow." The little snake was having some trouble trying to move because every single time it wiggled it flipped over "I need to help that snake! I cannot and will not let an animal suffer!" I thought as I stared at the little upside down snake. My head turned every which way as I tried to find some sort of entrance to the snake's cage. I soon found a door under a sign which said "Employees Only!" I knew if I wanted to have any luck at all I would have to go there. Quietly, I opened the door trying my best not to make a sound. Inside of the snake's cage I felt a strange sort of humidity in the air. I wondered if the snake was hot in this heat. I grabbed the snake gently and held it in my hands as it flipped back over. I stroked the snake with my free hand to try to calm it. "EMMA, WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU DOING!" Mom yelled from the other side of the glass. I was so startled that I dropped the snake and yelled back "I'm caring for this snake whether you like it or not!". Mom began banging on the glass with her fists "I'm sorry little buddy... I'll try to come back to see you. Thanks for being so kind." I said sadly. "I should be thanking you Miss Emma!" The snake said.
