[Reader] works at a shelter that for awhile was doing great, but all of a sudden a wide range of animals start to show up and no one wants to take them in. Now it's up to you to look after them.

○ One of the first animals to greet you at the farm. He's very friendly and always open to meeting any guest. He tends to get clingy and he sits on their shoulders for a while and prances around the area "singing" and showing off his colorful feathers. Such a showboy. (never let them touch him though)
○ Since your cousin sells chickens as part of the job Asmodeus will prance the chickens around and show them off to guests visiting the area. He's not the only rooster on the farm, but he is the biggest and most colorful so he gets all the females and even some males.
○ Aside from him being the biggest. Asmodeus has dark blue feathers that almost look black with a blue shine in current lighting showing a lighter blue. He has a light blue face. The weird thing about him is that two of the long tail feathers are red and white compared to the rest of his feathers.
○ When you first meet him he'll be all over you like what he does to other guests, but at some point, he backs off and is back to his normal routine of watching over the farm.
○ You do catch him non-discreetly watching you as you work. This causes some of your other pets to not like him, especially Sticker. (Stricker honestly hates anyone who looks at you for too long.)
○ It's easy to notice how after a while all your pets seem to be slightly scared of him, or at least know not to mess with him. You've seen him chase some of the bigger animals and peck them, but you didn't think he was that scary. Nevertheless, you don't question it.
○ Doesn't care about your other pets at all. Except for Veronika who he gets along with, and Stolas who he likes to tease. You're not sure what the two have going on between them, but sometimes you have to carry one of them away because you'll notice how sad/uncomfortable Stolas will get.
○ Timeskil to when he met Fizzorrali. As mentioned in a previous chapter they met when you drought Fizz outside to see the flowers and Asmoudius would watch him from a distance. Slowly over time, they got closer and at some point they became inseparable.
○ You did threaten to cook up Asmodeus if he ever hurt Fizz.
○ You added a little cat bed for Ozzie next to Fizz's cage inside, because you are too scared to keep Fizz outside. One time you walked in for one of Fizz's check-ups and you saw the two sleeping together with Fizz under one of Asmodis's wings. It was so adorable.
○ You could tell the two loved each other just like how Moxxie and Millie liked each other. Even though you get worried about having Fizz stay outside you know that you can trust Asmodius to protect him during the day. Especially after seeing how he handled Striker.
○ Before he met Fizz he never came into the house, however, it's now almost impossible to get him to leave. Can't blame him the house is more comfy than the chicken coop and he gets to be with his sweetheart.
○ After he saw you giving Fizz a small bubble bath in the sink he tried to join but he was too big for the sink. So you filled the bathtub to a reasonable height and gently placed him in the water to get a feel. He instantly fell in love with it. Now twice a month you fill the tub with warm water and bubbles for him and Fizz to relax. That was the moment he fell in love with you.
○ If you can find a chicken-safe nail polish. That would be the bonding activity between you two. Both just eating some gluten-free crackers, and you painting his claws and then your own before watching some trashy YouTube videos as your nails dry.
○ Feeds off of your praise. He gets praise from guests and other farmers, but from you, it hits differently for him. You have so many other pets, especially other birds, so for you to call him a handsome boy he'll be strutting away like the king of the world.
○ While chatting with your cousin you saw Asmodeus ordering some roosters around. When you asked your cousin they told you that he's the oldest on the farm being one of the originals who's stayed around long enough.
○ Ozzie likes to leave you gifts when he can. Things like shiny rocks or items he steals from guests. One day he sheaded his two tail feathers and gave them to you as a gift. As a joke, you made him a top hat and placed the two feathers on it.
○ Surprisingly he liked it and likes to wear it as if it gives him more status. You made Fizz a matching outfit to make Ozzie's and now you have a gazillion photos in the photo album of them cuddled up in matching outfits.
○ He dances alongside Fizz and sings together. They sometimes even put a show on for you.
○ You noticed how Ozzie hated Blitzø at first and poked fun at Stolas a bit, but after Blitzø and Fizz made up it seemed as though he stopped hating Blitzø. He even trusts Blitzø to look after Fizz when he has to leave and show off hens for sale. As for Stolas, Ozzie let up on the teasing.
○ Poor Moxxie. Ozzie will pester the poor dog whenever he's resting peacefully or helping your garden. Whatever it is this poor dog can't catch a break from the teasing. Most of the time Millie helps and comes to the rescue, but sometimes you have to intervene.
○ Don't bother scolding him though cause he probably won't listen anyways. Insults don't work either suck as "dumb chicken" or "cock sucker". Cause he knows he's above them, and two he knows you don't mean them too.
○ Rides on your shoulder when you're working because it makes him feel more powerful than other animals.
○ Ozzie likes to listen to jazz the most and has even copied some of the tones (tends to sing them to you while sitting on your shoulder).
○ Also enjoys watching romance movies with you. Ozzie started to join you and Stolas in watching soap operas.
○ Likes when you gently caress his feathers. You've seen how he pecks at guests if they try to pet him. So for you to be able to pet him that's a sign of respect. If he sees you petting another animal he might run over to take your attention off them.
○ Returns the favor and likes to pet your hair too if you're lying down or he's sitting behind you on the sofa. You don't always realize he's there so you'll be resting and suddenly feel a weird chicken foot caressing your head.
○ Sometimes joins you on your rounds across the farm to make sure you stay safe and that the other animals are in their places and don't try to hurt you.
○ Not a morning bird at all. Most mornings it involves Fizz loudly singing some song to wake you and Ozzie up so while you help Fizz get medication and his face paint, Asmodeus will fall asleep on your shoulder.
○ When he's angry his feathers will puff up to make him look bigger and in the right lighting, it almost looks like he's on fire. It's safe to say no one messes with an angry Asmodeus, no animal, no guest, not even you.
○ He has shape-ass claws too. Which led to you having a small scar on your shoulder when he landed and dug a little too deep. He felt bad about it and avoided touching you for a good while.
○ If you have LED lights in your room he likes the black lights the most because they make his feathers look the prettiest.
○ What Asmudios likes about you the most is that you care for him. You don't judge him for being with a different breed of bird, you feed him and let him use your stuff. You even welcomed into the house. He is thankful for it and will do his best to repay you.
