The government had officially moved all of you to a house. There was caretakers like in the old house. It felt empty though. It was strange. The caretakers weren't mom by any means. Luckily, you and your 'siblings' won't ever be split up. It was put under specific instructions to never separate you guys. The rooms were medium sized. What was really new was none of you had to share. The place was quite big actually. It was kind of a mansion. It had multiple cars for all of you. It also had plenty of running room. The place wasn't far from town by any means but it was enough to get a peaceful, luxurious, own land type of feel. The lawns were groomed, the house was squeaky clean and the floors were polished to the max.

You originally probably would've been so excited for this. Emma's disappearance was all that was on your mind though. You couldn't help but feel she was stupid. Why would she trade that. Why couldnt we figure something else out? That's all you could think about.

"Please pick your rooms." A lady said.

She was dressed kind of how mom was in the old house. You missed her. Of course you would've never thought you'd be missing her. She died not too long before this. Ray was coping well enough. He looked more down than usual. I mean of course he would. His mom just died and Emma is missing. Only you knew he was biologically related to her. As well as their complicated relationship. You put a hand on his back.

"Hm?" he responded.

"Nothing," you probably shouldn't remind him of his already shit position in life right now, "lets go pick rooms, yeah?"

Literally took out the only optimistic one of you all. Now it's just going to be gloom, gloomy and gloomier. You, Ray and Norman headed up the stairs. You picked rooms right next to each other. You walked into your room. There was nice, extremely clean carpet. Your room, as of right now, consisted of a bland bed that was for you to customize and a dresser. There was comforters and pillow cases to pick from in a cabinet downstairs. The room made you want to cry. It was really strange. You didn't even understand why. You didn't cry though. You only threatened to.

Once you composed yourself you wonder if it's because it felt lifeless. There was a mini walk in closet too. No clothes in there of course. You sat on the bed.

Depressing bed, depressing room, no Emma. You didn't want to go to the human realm like this. Of course you'd just have to learn to navigate with this but you really didn't want to. You just wanted to sleep. As odd as that sounded since sleep had never been your favorite thing. You heard a knock on your door. It was Norman for sure. You could recognize his knock. You didn't respond.

He slowly crept open the door.

"Hey." He spoke softly probably assuming you hadn't heard him.

You got up off the bed. At least it was big and comfortable.

"Vivian wants us all to go shopping for clothes since we have none... And pick out comforters downstairs." Norman said.

He already looked exhausted. It was insane. He looked similar to after lambda. Which isn't a fair comparison but it wasn't his psychical look necessarily just his eyes. His eyes looked dull right now. Which was fair. It was just how it looked at lambda even if his facial expressions said otherwise. Although in lambda he was on alert 24/7. I mean who wouldn't be? They seriously needed to set up therapy for all of you.

"Vivian?" you questioned

"She the one maid with black hair and green eyes." Norman said

"Ah." you nodded walking over to the door.

He let you pass him. You stepped out into the hallway. He followed after you as he closed your door.

You wish you could say something to make Norman feel better but right now... There just wasn't anything.
