Chapter 3 - So it was all a Misunderstanding!?

The lecture lasted about 2 hours I'm currently at the corner of the cafeteria eating alone I mean I wanna make some friends but that can wait and you thought that I would be eating with Lia right? Well she was talking with someone and I didn't want to bother her anyways I'm starving so enough of that...

As I was about to start eating I saw someone sat at the other side of the table and you could already guess who it was....

"Lia?" I asked why is she here wouldn't she be eating with her friends right now I mean she's pretty popular considering I hear some people talking about her

"Nee Kazuma why didn't you tell me you were going to the cafeteria" She said

"Well I was about to ask you, But you were talking to someone and I didn't want to bother you" I said 

"I see, You really have changed Kazuma" She said 

"Huh what do you mean by that?" I asked

"Well just a few years ago you always had lunch with me at school and now your considering eating by yourself im so proud of you Kazuma" She wiped out an imaginary tear on her eye

Now that I think about it she's actually right we always had lunch together a few years ago and we were mostly inseparable though it was just only me not having any other friends than her

"I guess your right" I Said

You might be wondering why I'm in the same school year as her? Well the reason is I skipped a few grades (Author:"Plot")

"Anyways Kazuma why did you stopped going to school two years ago? And you didn't even bother to see me" She said in a sad tone

I really wanted to eat now so I'll just tell her the truth and there is not point if lying here I don't hold any grudges against her the past is in the past...

"So you wanna know?" I said

"W-well it's okay if you don't want to talk about it" She said

"Nah I don't mind well the reason of it was actually you' I pointed her

"Huh me? What did I do kazuma" She said worriedly

"You remember the promise we made two years ago?" I said

"Wait you mean that promise? I don't think I did something that would break it" She replied 

Huh so she's playing dumb huh? I think that by now she already has a boyfriend

"Two years ago at spring the day you rode a bike with someone doesn't ring a bell?" I said I didn't really seem pissed I just want this conversation to end and eat

"Two years ago at spring?" She said in a thinking pose

"So you remember now?"

"PftHAHAHAHAHAHA" As she started laughing her ass off alright I really really want to punch her right now as she continued laughing

"Jeez Kazuma and here I thought you were smart" She said she starting to piss me off

"Anyways the person that you saw that day was actually my cousin Haruka Natsume the kid we used to play with when we were little you don't even remember her? She wanted to see you that day" She said wait 

"WAIT JUST A FUCKING MINUTE SO YOUR SAYING THAT I JUST GOT DEPRESSED AND SHUT MYSELF FOR TWO WHOLE YEARS FOR A MISUNDERSTANDING?!" I shouted I can see some students staring at me

"Not to loud Kazuma" Lia said covering her ears

"Wait your saying that the person you were with was Haruko but why did she looked like a boy?" I'm pretty confused

"Yes that was here and I'm telling the truth here" As she grabbed her phone and made me look at a photo of a cute girl with short hair that you could mistaken as a hot guy from afar

"I-i see so it was all a misunderstanding" I said and here I thought I was smart

"Pretty much" she said

"But why didn't you visit me?"

"Visit you huh? Kazuma I've been visiting you from time to time just yesterday I went and visit you and your mother told me you didn't want to see me" She pissed

Well mom did told me that Lia wanted to see me though I thought it was just a trick trying to get me out of my room

"Though it's nice that your back Kazuma" She said with a cute smile

"Yeah yeah anyway let's just stop talking and eat I can see some people staring at us" I said as i started to eat

"I guess so" Lia said as she started eating her's 

So it was just all a misunderstanding huh? I mean who wouldn't be confused when your other Childhood friend looks like a male that day yes Haruka was one of my childhood friend not just Lia aside from that I can feel that this highschool life of mine will be very troublesome and interesting
