JERICO CITY CENTER.

A good hour after our duo encoutered Ther monster and then Xavier, You and Wednesday walked back to the city to join the ceremony of outreach, a small orchestra of musician dress in red were already there and getting prepared, all of that while the crowd slowly taking their seats. You and Wednesday then took a spot on the band's left and placed your instruments, while she had a cello, you had a bass that had a heavy ressemblance to a violin.

Wednesday then said to you.

Wednesday: I thought nothing scared me, but that was before I stared into the eyes of Joseph Crackstone.

Y/n: Hmm, and di you see in those eyes?

Wednesday: Hatred, not a surface, but entranched one. One that cannot be sweeped away, coming straight from the depths of hell.

Y/n: Do you believe in hell now?

Wednesday: I don't believe in hell or heaven. But I do believe in revenge.

Y/n: That I can believe you.

You both looked at each other with a loving look, you smiled and she said.

Wednesday: I usually serve it warm with a side of pain.

You both smiled at each other as Thing came up to her and did a thumbs up. The Mayor then walked on the stage set up in front of a Joseph Crackstone's bronze statue, and he talked into a microphone.

Mayor: It is my honor to celebrate our town's history and Jericho's noble forefather, Joseph Crackstone. Now, he believed that with a happy heart and an open ear, there was nothing our town couldn't achieve. So together as one, our community and our friends at Nevermore Academy, we've built a monument to celebrate his memory. Now, may the spirit of Joseph Crackstone be memorialized for eternity.

The Orchestra, and you and Wednesday started playing "don't stop" by Fleetwood Mac, and while it wasn't a bad, the fact that no one was singing, and that the orchestra was mostly composed of horns made it an abomination. Weems and Wednesday had a staring contest until the mayor nudge her shoulder and they posed for the photographs. The Mayor then pressed the red button on the stand and water sprung out of the bronze statue. Under the seats, Thing lit a match and launched it at a gun powder trail leading to the statue, the sparkles made their way across the crowd until it reachs the water and an explosion occured coming from the fountain under the statue, the crowd scattered and people were screaming, panicking and running. Meanwhile, you and Wednesday rearranged the notes to diverge towards Vivaldi's Winter symphony. In the crowd, Principal Weems looked back to see you both still playing, calm, unbothered.

WEEM'S OFFICE, A FEW HOURS LATER.

Weems was walking back and forth in front of her fireplace. You and Wednesday were sitted on the black leather chairs. Weems angrily said.
