Tae stood with his eyes downcast as his father was giving him instructions.
"I don't want any kind of embarrassment Tae."
"This is a big thing for you as well as your husband."
"You will behave - especially when there are cameras. This is your first public visit with your husband. You should look happy. Understood? Happy? Smiling."
"Behave with Jungkook too. Don't disappoint him."
Sighing, Tae just stood there not moving at all. His father was gone after a few minutes but he stood there all dressed up in a white shirt and black jacket.
His eyes moved up and saw the door. He knew Jungkook would emerge any minute and they would have to stroll together by the balcony.
They were at Jungkook's parent's mansion with the media standing outside.
Tae's eyes lit up when he didn't see Jungkook but someone else.
"Jiminiee," Tae smiled and hugged the man with colorful clothes.
"Hey Tae," Jimin too had a smile on his face, "How you doing?"
Tae laughed and held Jimin's hands, "Now I am fine. After seeing you."
"How - how come you are here?" Tae was curious and excited to see his soulmate.
Jimin caressed Tae's hand and murmured, "I came here because Jungkook called. He knew you would feel comfortable with me."
Tae smiled and looked down and mentally thanked Jungkook.
"You - you will be with me then on the balcony?" Tae internally prayed.
And Jimin nodded his head.
Holding hands they both exited the room and headed towards the balcony where Jungkook was already standing.
Jimin signaled Tae to head first and join Jungkook.
With a smiling face, Tae joined Jungkook and faced the audience waving his hand to the media.
Jungkook stood still staring at the beautiful face smiling.
Jimin also joined them and waved at the media. Tae's smile grew wider as Jimin joined.
Slowly, Tae moved toward Jimin till there was no space between them. Jungkook noticed but he didn't mind.
He was just happy that his husband was happy.
Moving his head toward Jungkook, Jimin whispered Tae to move to Jungkook's side. Nodding his head he followed his best friend's words and stood next to Jungkook.
Jimin's hand moved to Jungkook's arm and he signaled the future minister to grab Tae's waist.
With great courage, Jungkook snaked his arm around Tae's waist who was busy posing for the camera.
He was a perfect wifey of a minister.
He enjoyed the paparazzi.
After their public visit, Jimin invited them for lunch at his place but Jungkook denied.
"Come on Jungkook - it's for both of you," Jimin stressed a lot.
Tae wasn't speaking. But he was happy that Jimin was taking him out.
Licking his lip, Jungkook glanced at Tae and then at Jimin, "You too go. I will definitely join you next time."
Finally, Jimin agreed and Tae's excitement grew. He was gonna be alone with Jimin.
"Thank you Jungkook," Tae whispered and disappeared with Jimin leaving the man alone in the room.
Jungkook smiled. At least he spoke to Jungkook.
They reached the mansion in less than an hour. Tae was familiar with Jimin's mansion. They ate with the Parks and spoke a lot about the old times.
By the time dessert arrived, the older Parks were gone and it was just Jimin and Tae.
Jimin saw how Tae was playing with the waffles with a hint of a smile on his face.
"Tae Tae - I need to tell you something," Jimin's voice was serious.
Putting the fork down, Tae nodded his head.
"Tae - I - I wanted to say this since a long time. I - I am in love with someone."
