First day of school

It was the next day and max was getting ready for school she straightened her hair and put it in a swoop (idk how to add photos and it's nit working so just search Sadie sink with a swoop) a black fitted shirt and a shirt that says mwah and black shorts she runs down the stairs and grabs her stuff and she walks out of the door as she's walking down the driveway she sees a boy walking as well she's not gonna lie he's kind of cute
Lucas pov* as I'm walking out of my house I see the most magical creature the world has ever seen her red fiery hair and watery blue eyes I couldn't help but stare until I realized she lives next door to me I can't help but see her blushing a little maybe I should talk to her

Lucas walks up to max making her just a little "oh hello" max says in a shy tone "hey" Lucas says max's stomach empty at first fills with butterflies "my name is max" "my name is Lucas nice to meet you" "nice to meet you too do you by any chance know we're Hawkins high is?" Lucas face lights up when he hears she his neighbor and she goes his school "yeh that's actually we're I'm headed" max nods "do you mind showing me around the school? I don't want to get lost" "sure maybe after school i could show you around town" "grool" max says staring into his eyes "grool?" Lucas says with a chuckle "sorry j meant to say great and cool at the same time" "grool" Lucas says max smiles at him trying to make her less nervous "are you thinking about joining the cheer team or doing sports I mean I play football so I was just asking" "I was thinking about cheering just for funzies my mom made me do dance when I was younger but when we moved here I had to stop just a side note I did not want to quit" "cool I could get you on the team my brothers girlfriend is cheer captain" "cool" Lucas couldn't help but look down at max he was 5,6 and she was 5,2 but he liked that I mean he didn't want to make her uncomfortable but he's seen in her shirt at least 5 times about five minutes later they made it to school "oh look Lucas it's my brother" max says grabbing Lucas's hand and pulling him towards her brother "hi Billy this is Lucas our neighbour" max says pointing to Lucas "nice to meet you" Lucas says sticking hand out Billy shakes it "nice to meet you too" Billy says with a welcoming smile "let's go Lucas you have to show me my class "ok" Lucas says as they walk in to school (the party will be coming in pt 2 of the chapter byeeeeeee🤭💕)
