Demon Hunter: Secret Forces

Prologue

The midday still gray as light charcoal drawn on pure paper, not much people coming out from their houses as their safe place. Since that day, it feels like the gate of hell itself opened. Some demons are coming out in massive amounts out of any types and forms, the demon invasion.

Countless people got killed by the force of hell itself. This event wasn't just happened in the west part of the world, but also in the north, east, and the south region of the world. The clear blue sky of summer turned into dark grey clouds of doom and despair wash that azure color as the calamity just began since that day, it felt like the gods was sending the punishment to the humanity for the sins they made in the past and present time. There's no place where people stop shouting to the sky as they're asking for the god's mercy.

Days turn weeks, weeks turns months, months turn years. And this still continues for centuries. Slowly but surely, people start to discover that some people are gifted by some power. Fortunately, this can at least lighten up the slight burden of this calamity.

Until in the end of nineteen century, a secret organization was made under the church's supervision, a secret organization that their purpose and swear of their existence is to annihilate every single demon in sight without no one in sight. A strict organization that will not hold back if anything happens. The soldiers who is the unsung hero that time, not asking for thanks but to protect the remaining humanity, and to return the peace from the old days that those demons take.

That's the mission and vision of the organization called "The Phantom Eyes"

Not only that, but there's also another organization was made three years later after Phantom Eyes. The difference was, that organization rather social, even visible in public eyes such as, "The Seraphim Wings". This organization was much seem noble in public's full of prejudice eyes. Not only a soldier, they also has a role as pacifist in the society and using more humane method at dealing with people.

Both organizations passing through years, unexpected outcome, and often having many things that they have to unite and cooperating, working like the light and the shadow. But when the time goes on and entering every new eras, they finally come to the early year of 2000 which now has improved a lot, especially with the advanced technology in weapon and communication aspect in their operation. But also, as the time changes the system is also changing time to time.

Now these organization has spread across the world to unite and protect others. As the advance technology continues, internet unite citizens. People begin to have different opinion about the organization, people now cherish the Seraphim Wing even more as some of the member is well known in the society, even some of them working as an influencer. But what remains about the Phantom Eyes organization in internet platform was just people making their opinion and theory. Then some of them even despise the organization as most of them sided with the Seraphim Wing because there's no single official website or sign of it in internet. And even to gain such fame, people even turn into wannabe and pretend if they're one of those organization. Has such organization has lost its meaning? The organization that created for humanity mission turns into such organization celebrity and despise the other one? The organization that created, that fight for humanity, are these will crumble in time?

"Father, Can I join the Phantom Eye organization?"

Say a boy with determination and seriousness in his electric blue eyes as he just know something he shouldn't know.

"Obviously not, you won't survive"

Short the father with stern tone, obviously knowing his only son limit. Everyone knows, being one who knows how harsh the Phantom Eye organization that was much hard than you think, they were recruited by their skills, not just a willpower, and each mission is dangerous.

Through sneaking to his father's room, even though he already warn him not to do only made him more curious and started to find out as he open one of his father's drawer. Some sort of secret files, the data of the organization that forbidden to read by society. Soon after his father found out, the sign of holding his rage under the expressionless face silence the whole room.

In exchange after knowing the secret, he will allow him to join. But after he pass his ultimate test.

"Let's make some use of that power of yours..."

"I only recruited one who got potential. Recruiting you in also count as nepotism, once if you recruited... your fate is on your own. Don't hope I'll come safe you when in trouble!"

He emphasized once again while landing the last blow to him, deep inside he does hope his son will never find out his real job and will make him stay outside from his business, even though he have to erase his memory about that organization. He fell into the hard cold concrete floor, seeing his father figure standing tall in front of him with his face covered by the shade.
