The Bar

We had all moved to sit at the bar. Konnie and Savannah, Madi, and you where sitting together, then some popular girls sat down and kind of cut chase and I off from you guys.

I was just kind of sitting there and the some people walk in and they are making a bunch of noise. It turned out that they were friends with Cody from his old school. He was really excited to see them. They came and sat down at the bat next to me. At first Cody sat next to me but he got too nervous and made his friend switch with him.

After that Zach walks in and goes off into a corner by himself. And apparently he kept looking at me and we would make eye contact but I would look away first. I was starting to get frustrated that I was allowing myself to be intimidated by him so I thought 'Ok next time he looks at us I'm going to hold the eye contact, he is going to look away first'. (Idk if that ever happened tho)

Everyone was starting to get up from the bar so I was making my way over to where you guys were sitting, because I wanted to ask if we could all get ready for prom together this year. Before I was able to get to you guys, you, Savannah, and Madi left. I tried to talk to Konnie but she was busy organizing things (she worked there) She said that the rest of the group was going to talk about the "bagel incident", it was something she did, for National Women's Day she bought a bunch of records and gave them away as presents but some people in the group were upset with her because she didn't but enough.

After my chat with Konnie I head back to where the group is standing, all of the other girls went to the bathroom so it was just Chase, sam, Cody, and I. Cody was talking to Mr  Nelson. I was uncomfortable and acted like I was really into the decor. As I was gazing at the walls I saw a picture from my 6th grade advisement class. I noticed Lucas was on there just as you came out of the bathroom, so I point it out "Hey Bella, Look it turns out I did have a class with Lucas before". You turned to look but got pulled away by someone.

I was still looking at the poster on the wall Waylon comes over and looks at it too. Cody said something to me so I turned towards him and as I'm turning back Waylon captures me in a hug. I pause for a second and then hug him back. Cody was laughing and pointed out how hunched over Waylon was. So I stood up straight and asked him "is that was better." He hummed and said "Yeah it is thank you." I still felt bad so I stood on my tip toes to make it an even more comfortable hug for him. It was a really long hug.

Waylon was in a beige suit, and celebrating Easter and St. Patrick's day.
