Bed routine =]

            The key for the time to sleep is not an easy process
            First you need to make sure you got your pjs on! So you're nice and cozy.

            Second you need to go brush your teeth's and hair even if you don't want to..

            Third! You absolutely need a cozy friend to make sure the best dreams the   best adventures!

These two are not as important but help a lot!

Put  on some soft music or sleep aid asmr if you have trouble sleeping I tend to listen to podcasts or my playlist =]

Have a bottle of water next to you preferably on a hard surface.. I didn't do dat one day...
