Chapter 1

Hi, my name is Ally, and this is my story.

Ally! Come down from there before you fall! My mother yells at me.
I keep staring at the golden sky acting like I couldn't hear her from my high perch in the great apple tree in the back yard of our house.
After about 2 minutes of her yelling at me I finally glance down at her, and slowly climb down till I can jump.
I land on the soft ground, rolling to break my fall.
I lay there for a second just feeling the soft grass underneath me, and the warm feel of the setting sun on my skin.
I stand up laughing as my mother starts to stomp back to the house because I scared her.
I follow her to the house and help the servants prepare dinner... Mostly so I can grab a few treats before dinner though.
