Eliza heard her friend's voice calling out from the bathroom, shouting for her.

"El! Eliza! Eliza!" he yelled, emphasizing the last word with a long, drawn-out "aaaaa".

"What!?" she exclaimed, turning to face the bathroom.

"I completely forgot my clothes; can you bring them for me?" Dan requested with a sheepish tone.

Reluctantly, she grumbles her agreement and drags herself out of bed like a sleep-deprived zombie. The cool floor beneath her feet sends a shiver up her spine, reminding her how warm and comfortable she was just moments ago in bed. She grabs Dan's clothes from his bag and, absentmindedly, walks into the bathroom.

She's struck with the realization that she has made a grave mistake, but it's too late to turn back. She stands face-to-face with her best friend, completely exposed and vulnerable. Eliza's eyes widen in shock. She can see every inch of his bare skin, his muscles tense and defined, and his face flushed with embarrassment. Dan stands in front of her, his naked body exposed. The small bathroom suddenly feels claustrophobic. Eliza's eyes dart from Dan's bare chest to his hands, which are strategically covering his private parts. She takes in every inch of his exposed skin, noticing the scar on his shoulder and the birthmark on his wrist. Eliza feels her heart pound in her chest, her throat dry and her palms sweating. Her gaze lingers on his thighs, her mind racing with thoughts she can't quite put into words.

"Um, Dan?" Eliza finally manages to say, her voice barely above a whisper. Dan looks up at her, his eyes wide and filled with alarm. "I... I didn't mean to walk in on you like this," Eliza stammers, feeling her face burn with embarrassment.

Dan swallows hard, his cheeks flushed. "I... I should've said I already exited the shower," he admits, dropping his hands from his private parts. "I'm sorry. You must think I'm such an idiot." Dan felt his cheeks flush with embarrassment as he instinctively covered his eyes with his hands. In doing so, he unintentionally exposed his penis to Eliza.

Despite her limited sexual experience, she couldn't help but notice how impressive it was. It was surprisingly larger than she anticipated, eliciting a mix of shock and curiosity in Eliza. While she hadn't actively dwelled on the topic, her thoughts occasionally wandered into strange territories, as everyone's do from time to time. And yes, her best friend's anatomy had crossed her mind at some point. The skin was smooth and flushed pink at the tip, and she noticed the veins running along the shaft. Despite her embarrassment, her eyes couldn't help but linger for a moment longer, taking in every detail. Eliza's hands feel clammy and sweaty, the sudden tension in the room making her palms slick. Her throat is dry and her breathing shallow as she tries to compose herself. Embarrassed, she quickly looked away and tried to regain her composure. Eliza's heart was pounding in her chest as she quickly averted her eyes, trying to hide her shock and curiosity. She couldn't believe she had just seen Dan naked. She took a deep breath, trying to collect herself and not let it show how impactful it was. A wave of conflicting emotions washed over her: embarrassment for both herself and her friend, curiosity about what she had just witnessed, and an unfamiliar feeling of vulnerability in his presence.

"Dan, I'm so sorry. It was a mistake; I didn't mean to walk in on you like that." Eliza stuttered, trying to break the awkward silence that had enveloped the room.

Dan glanced up at her, his eyes filled with a mixture of relief and embarrassment. He took a deep breath, trying to compose himself. "Eliza, I'm sorry too. I should've been more careful." He gestured to the clothes Eliza still held in her hand. "Here, can you please pass me those?" She handed him his clothes, and Dan quickly put them on, his face still flushed with embarrassment. They stared at each other momentarily, not knowing what to say. The air was thick with tension and the weight of their awkward encounter.

Finally, Dan broke the silence. "I guess we both learned something today," he said hesitantly, trying to find some humour in the situation.

Eliza couldn't help but laugh slightly at his words, feeling a sudden release of the tension that had built up between them."Yeah, I guess we did," she agreed, still trying to process what had just happened. "I'll... I'll see you in the living room," Eliza said, turning to leave the bathroom. "Thanks for handling it so well, Dan."

Dan nodded. "No problem, Eliza. It's just... you're my best friend, and I don't want to make things awkward between us."

Eliza smiled, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. "Thanks, Dan. I really appreciate it."

As he walked out of the bathroom, Dan couldn't help but glance at Eliza sitting on her bed, noticing the way her eyes lingered on him. He couldn't help but feel a strange mixture of guilt and excitement at the thought of what had just happened.

The buffet was their next stop. Breakfast would start the day well. The aroma of fresh pancakes and buttery croissants wafted through the air, making their mouths water. The sizzle of bacon and the rich scent of coffee blended together to create a tantalizing scent that filled their noses. The buffet spread out before them was a colourful feast for the eyes. Golden waffles with syrup dripping down the sides, fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and plump sausages filled the plates. Bowls of fresh fruit and steaming coffee sat on the table, tempting them with their vibrant colours.

Throughout the meal, the friends awkwardly ignored the previous events, but the tension in the air was palpable. Finally, Dan spoke up to break the silence: "What do we have on the agenda for today?"

"Oh, we're going to do some sightseeing and explore the city today," Eliza replied, trying to re-engage with the topic at hand. "I heard there's this amazing museum that has some really cool exhibits. I thought we could check it out."

Dan nodded, taking a sip of his coffee. "Sounds like a plan."

To maintain the façade of a casual conversation, Eliza inquired, "How was your sleep last night?"

Dan shrugged nonchalantly. "Pretty good, actually. Slept like a rock. Just wish I didn't forget my clothes now." He chuckled, trying to ease the tension between them.

Eliza forced a smile and responded, "Yeah, well, I guess that's what happens when you're getting up at the crack of dawn every day. You forget some pretty important things."

Dan playfully punched her arm, but his eyes lingered on the slightly blushed cheeks that peeked from the collar of her robe. "Tell me about it," he said, trying to lighten the mood. "But seriously, we should probably make a list of things we need to bring on trips, just in case. We don't want to forget anything important again."

Eliza nodded, trying to act professional about it. "Yeah, that's a good idea. I'll make a list for us. We can add anything we think we might need."

Dan sighed, relieved that the conversation had taken a turn for the better. "Okay, deal. Let's just make sure we don't forget anything important, like clothes." He laughed, trying to ease the tension between them.

Eliza smiled and returned the laugh. "Agreed, no more nude sightseeing expeditions! Let's just stick to the clothes from now on."

Dan raised his coffee cup in a mock toast. "To never forgetting our clothes again."Eliza clinked her coffee cup against his, grinning. "Cheers!"And with that, they finished their breakfast in relative peace, trying to forget the embarrassing incident that had just occurred.
