They arrive in Atlanta as they pull up to a salon building as galaxy gets out as she looks up at the building that Carlota ownes she remembers meeting her a few times in her teen years as she closed the car door she and star were going in while Alex and Simone stay in the car.
Star leads the way as they walk into the building as she looks around the familiar place.
"I would always go there when I didn't want to be around Mary"galaxy explains to her family,Simone, her husband kol and his family who all nodded there heads.
Star scoffs "why do you call out mother by her name like that"she says as many give her looks of disbelief.
"Because she never was my mother star"galaxy says coldy with hate laced in her words.
"Is Charlotta here"star asked as it goes quite.
Galaxy rolls her eyes before moving star aside"hey cotton"she says as cotton gasp who had long black hair wearing a shirt with jeans and heels.
"Oh my galaxy is that you"cotton says with a smile.
"Yep"galaxy says with a smirk.
"You hang around your husband to much"Klaus grumbles as they had the same smirk.
"Your all grown up now Bruce get your black ass over here it's galaxy"cotton says.
Bruce then walks over who had short hair galaxy sees Bruce still wearing her usual style.
"Little galaxy ain't so little anymore"Bruce says with a raised eyebrow.
Star gets annoyed "enough were is Carlotta"she says.
"You need to attacking like a damn brat"Jeremy says as star looks offended as she glares going to say something until galaxy gives her a warning glare.
Cotton glares at Star "Carlotta is my mama and she ain't here"she says.
"She at church"another women says as they work on someones hair.
"Oh okay well when is she back"star asked.
"Star be patient damn no everyone is on your time"galaxy says with a firm glare as star scoffs.
Galaxy turns back to cotton "she wanna now because she got letters from Carlotta"she explained as star tales out some letters hand them to cotton who takes it as she opens one before realizing it was Mary's other daughter but she new not to call her galaxys mother after what happened.
"I'm sorry I didn't stop her"Simone says guilty feeling like she let her older sister down.
Galaxy pulls her in a hug"honey no it wasn't your fault you were to young at the time but I'm here now"she says with a soft smile as stare looks away with jealousy.
They walk out the salon as galaxy grabs stars arm turning her around "look you need to get your attitude checked you think you can just act and talk any way you want to people you keep doing that it's gonna be your ass one day"she says before letting stars arm go before walking to the car as they head to the church Carlotta is at.
"She's right you know one day your gonna end of acting or talking the way you do to the wrong person"Elena says.
"Bitch what do you-- "star screams suddenly as she was smacked across the room as galaxy glares at her with anger.
"Let me make this clear ever talk back to Simon,my siblings,my husband and are familys I will kill you were you stand got it!"she roars as star Shakely nods her head as kol hugs his wife as she calms down in his arms.
Galaxy walks in with star and Simone as they walk into the church as they hear music as Carlotta who had res short curly hair wearing a silk shirt with red pants and heels as she was singing.
Galaxy smiles softly she knew Carlotta loves singing soulful music she glares at Alex who huffs rolling her eyes as she harshly nudge he in warning.
"Streets wasn't safe I couldn't find my way but I found his grace one day tears down my face Jesus said, Jesus said change gon come one day" Carlotta sings from the heart as many clap and cheer as the the choir behind her vocalized.
Carlotta goes speechless seeing galaxy smiling softly at her before seeing star and Simone as galaxy leads them over.
Carlotta tears up as she gently holds galaxys face she remembers last seeing her in her teen years when Mary had changed and kicked her out before she looked at Simon star as she smiles tearfully before hugging all three of them as cheers and clapping was heard around them.
