The Sickly Sweet Mistake (A One Direction FanFic) [On Hold]

Chapter 4- Lunch

Louis

Ok. So Olivia was Liam's sister. But I couldn't believe management kept that from us.

I stared at my hands and now torn jacket. That was not the best way to wake up.

We crawled out of the van. Then I put my hand on Liam's shoulder.

"I'm assuming they don't know know Olivia's here, do they?" I asked Liam.

He shook his head, turned and kept walking towards his room, leaning on Olivia like he didn't trust his own legs to hold his weight.

I turned back to the others. We were all pretty shell shocked from the news. The lads and I just sort of turned and walked back to our rooms, not knowing what to think, or what else to do. Harry and I got to our shared room and sat on the beds. The only thing in my mind was that the whole Olivia thing explained why Liam got a room with two double beds instead of a king sized.

Harry broke the silence. "So... Now what do we do?"

I looked at my watch. "Get lunch, I guess. I bet Niall's already down there." I let out a small laugh I knew sounded forced. I looked over at Haz. He seemed lost in thought. We just sat there in silence, thinking. "Um... I'm going to go for lunch, you wanna come?" I asked. Harry nodded, and off we went to get some food.

Zayn

Niall and I walked back to our room in silence. We got in and I sat on the bed. Niall stood over by the TV. I think we were lost in thought over Olivia coming here. And about not knowing Olivia existed in the fisprst place. A gurgle came from Niall's direction. Out of habit, we both laughed. Niall looked over at me with a hopeful expression on his face.

"Ok, let's go." I laughed a little at Ni's excited expression, as he dashed out of the room. I followed him as fast I could, as we ran towards the hotel restaurant.

Niall

I reached the restaurant first, and slid into a booth, followed by Zayn. Then a moment later I saw Louis and Harry, so I flagged them over. We all sat down as the waiter came over to take our order.

"Hi there, my name is Carly and I'll be your waiter today. Our special today is our all-you-can-eat buffet for 10 dollars" said the peppy young waitress. "Can I take your order? Or do you need another minute to decide?"

"We'll all go to the buffet, thanks" I ordered for all of us.

Carly left us with plates and cutlery. So off we went to the buffet. I was about to grab some food when Zayn grabbed my arm.

"Ni, maybe you should go last, I mean let us grab what we want before you take all of it" he added a bit of a laugh at the end, but I could tell his heart wasn't in it. I went to the back, ready to grab all I could after the lads took their share. I peered down the buffet tables to see what was there.

This was going to be a tasty lunch.

Harry

As the four of us chowed down on our food, I couldn't help but feel I was the only one still concerned with Olivia. I mean, how were we going to keep her secret? The press might see her with us, leak it, then management will recognize her, then, then.... It would just get so complicated!

And where was Liam? I was getting late...

"Lads, here's my part of the bill" I pass them some money. "I'm going to go check on Liam. I'm getting a little worried." Louis didn't seem convinced, but Niall just nodded, his mouth full of food.

"Go ahead Haz. I was actually thinking of going myself when I finished." Said Zayn.

So off I went.
