"Everything is perfect!" I exclaimed when I got in the venue for Jamie's party, "I knew you'd make it work." I commended Louis who was right beside me.

Kahit na may mga requests sina Kai na medyo pambata, tulad ng bounce house at pagsuot ng party hats, nagawa pa rin ng team nina Louis na bumagay ang mga ito sa décor na naisip namin nina Aileen.

Violet being Jamie's favorite color, we made today's motif violet and gold. I don't know how they made the bounce house with these colors, but it's here and it's real. It's by the corner of the place, far from the food table para walang aksidenteng mangyari.

At sa party hat's naman, 'yung cone parin ang ipapasuot sa mga bata habang mga korona naman ang sa amin. The balloons on the floor were also Kai's requests, but Knox wanted helium balloons—so we had both.

The LED screen was our touch. We had a video edited when Jaime was pregnant, when she gave birth, when she celebrated her previous birthdays with the twins, and there are also short clips of videos we took together when we we're still in high school, because why not? It's not every day we get to make her emotional like this.

OA na nga masyado, pero gaya nga ng sabi ng mga bata, it's her first birthday na kasama ang ama nila, kaya gusto nila maging special ang araw na 'to. The video was really to show the guy how Jamie held up all those years when he wasn't around.

It's not a face slap, let's just call it a face tap.

Just because Jamie forgave him, doesn't mean we have to. Pasalamat siya at mabuti siyang ama sa mga bata at pinapasaya na niya ngayon ang kaibigan namin, kundi, hindi talaga siya makakalapit sa kanila. He's a good guy, though, so we're holding on to that.

"I knew that I had to make the best effort for you." Louis replied with a bright smile.

"Stop. You're always at your best." LouAn Events and Co. has been organizing events of the big shots here in the country and even internationally. He even organized the first birthday celebration for Prince Alastair-Cepheus of Denmark.

"Oh, you flatter me." He waved his hand in the air, flicking away whatever compliments I had for him. He's humble and I love that about him, but sometimes, he just needs to take a compliment as it is because he deserves them.

"Am I late?" Draco just pops out of nowhere, slinging an arm over my shoulder.

"Don't be stupid. No one would look for you even if you are late." I joked, because I would be worried for this idiot's ass if he wasn't here without telling me where he was.

"Why must you be mean to me? Sometimes I question why we're even friends, babe." Him and his dramatics.

"'Wag kang OA." Tinulak ko ang mukha niya palayo sa akin, "This is Louis, by the way. He's the organizer I told you about."

"Oh, hey there man. Draven Cole. Love what you've done with the place." He looks to the man I was talking to and held out his hand with one of his charming smiles.

"Louis Anderson." Louis accepted his hand, "It's an honor to meet a Costellacion up close in person." Kahit na hindi niya binanggit ang kaniyang apelyido, hindi talaga maipagkaila na makikilala at makikilala parin talaga siya bilang parte ng pamilya niya.

A look passed between the two of them, before I could decipher what it could mean, my son called out to me from one of the tables.

Nagpaalam muna ako sa kanila saglit para puntahan si Kyro.

"What is it, love?"

He held his phone up to me, "Someone keeps calling my phone. It's an unregistered number so I'm not answering it, but it's getting annoying." I can clearly see the irritation in his face, "I think it's that girl again. I'm telling you, ma, she's getting creepy."
