Chapter-23 What?

Jungkook was getting ready for college. He decided not to wake Taehyung as He will not let him go easily. He was combing His hairs when The comb fell out of his hand and Taehyung stirs in his sleep seeing this Jungkook became statue and even stopped breathing so that there will not even a single sound to wake Taehyung.

He steps out of the room exhaling loudly. He goes downstairs entering in the kitchen and fastly cooks breakfast.
He was almost done when He heard footsteps He looks up only to see jaehyun.
"I will be leaving for college."
Jungkook says looking at jaehyun who was now settled on the chair.
"Did Taehyung agreed? "
He asks.
"Yes"
Jungkook replies.
"Okay I will call ryujin She will come and stay with him for the meantime. "
Jaehyun states and starts eating as Jungkook served him breakfast.
"Yes I will be back by 3pm."
Jungkook says to which jaehyun hummed.
Jungkook also sat down having breakfast. In the meantime Ryujin enters along with lisa.Jaehyun explains her everything and Leaves the mansion along with Jungkook.

As Jungkook stepped inside the building He directly goes to mrs lee's office.
Upon seeing Him Mrs lee smiles at him gesturing him to sit down.
"Finally you came"
She smiles softly.
"Yes I will be continuing my studies now."
Jungkook states.
"That's great And dont worry about the fees--"
"No no Its fine i got a job and I'll pay my fees You dont have to worry. "
Jungkook says cutting her in between.
"Okay then Here's your schedule. "
She says handing him his schedule as Jungkook leaves to take his class.

Meanwhile with Taehyung.
Feeling empty Taehyung wakes up looking to His side after finding no one He abruptly sits up rubbing his eyes and turns on the lights immediately.
"Daddy. "
He calls for Jungkook.
"Daddy...Where are you? "
He again calls hoping to get answer this time.
The door opens as Taehyung's eyes lit up but soon he was overcome with sadness after seeing that it was not his daddy but the maid.
"Gud morning Taehyung. "
Ryujin greets him with a smile.
"Where is daddy? "
He asks.
"Oh He left for college. "
"C-College without telling taetae? "
"Um yes Maybe he was in a hurry. "
"B-But How can he...? "
He softly mumbles looking down and soon His eyes were filled with tears.

"Its fine don't cry He will be back soon. let's get you freshen up."
She says coming towards him.
"No.. taetae dont want to."
He stubbornly says turning his face to other side.
"If not then your daddy will be angry on you do you want that? "
She says to which Taehyung lightly shook his head.
"Then come on let's go. "
She says and goes to pick Taehyung.
After Taehyung was done she takes him down for breakfast.
Taehyung being Taehyung refuses to eat at first but remembering his daddy's words He slowly started to eat.
"Can taetae talk to daddy? "
He asks hopefully.
"Um sure but he must be taking classes right now so we will call him after sometime. "
She says and takes Taehyung in the living room settling him beside his toys.

With Jungkook.
After taking classes The bell rang indicating It was now lunch period.
He goes towards canteen and grabs his food tray sitting on the chair.
As He was eating four boys approached him.
"Hey you are new? We are seeing you for the very first time here. "
The boy with blonde hair asks.
"Um No I mean yeah."
Jungkook nervously answers.
"Well That's great would you like to hang out with us? "
One of the boy asks.
"Sure I'd love to."
Jungkook replies smiling.
"Great so Name's alex."
"Chris."
"Matt."
"Nick. "
The boys introduced themselves taking seat beside Jungkook.
"i'm Jungkook nice to meet you all. "
Jungkook too introduces himself with a welcoming smile.

They talked about random things for sometime as Chris asks Jungkook to tell them about himself.
"Well My mom died and I have dad who doesn't care about me and is out in thailand with his girlfriend."
Jungkook speaks as Matt spits water out of his mouth.
"What?"
He asks.
"Yes Its quite complicated. "
Jungkook says rubbing his nape.
"Well what about money how do you like manage? "
"I work. "
"Where what work? "
"I take care of Kim Jaehyun's son who has little space. "
Jungkook states looking up as Nick and alex started to laugh.
"what?"
"You take care of kim jaehyun's son? "
Nick says.
"Yes? "
Jungkook replies confusingly.
"God are you serious?"
Alex says staring at him.
"What do you mean why would i lie? "
Jungkook says furrowing his brows.

"Okay wait wait Do you have his son's picture of whom you are taking care of? "
Alex asks to which Jungkook slowly nods.
"Show me. "
Jungkook being confused takes out his mobile searching for Taehyung's pic He took while he was sleeping.
As he shows them the picture alex couldn't help but to laugh again.
"What why are you guyz behaving like this what's wrong? "
Jungkook asks being irritated.
"Okay let me get this straight."
Alex says.
"First of all Whoever it is it's not jaehyun's son and secondly His son died 5 years ago. "
Alex finishes off.
"What? "
Jungkook says widening his eyes.
"Stop joking. "
"We are not. My dad is one of the closest friend of his and He knows everything about him. His wife and His son both died in a car accident."
Alex says.
"How is that even possi---"
Jungkook couldn't complete as His phone started to ring he looks at the caller id before picking up.
"Hello? "
"Daddy Why did you left without telling taetae? "
"I-I was in a hurry. "
"But taetae is missing you so much please come fast."
"Hm. "
"And taetae had breakfast as You said."
"Hm"
"Daddy taetae wanna see you can taetae video call you please? "
"No m busy."
He says and cuts off the call without waiting for the reply.

"So now that you know the truth you should leave the job I think it's some kind of trap."
Alex states.
"Can you show me the proof that His son is actually dead. "
Jungkook asks looking at him.
"Um yeah sure my dad must know something about this. I will take you to my place after the classes Is that okay? "
Alex says waiting for the reply.
"Yeah okay. "
They all got up leaving for their classes.
Jungkook googles about jaehyun's son but there was no history.
He sits down on his desk fidgeting with the pen looking out of the window thinking about alex's words.
