Chapter 26: training

As we get out of the cave we are in the desert of menagerie, I threw on my reaper illusion and ask as I turned towards sienna Khan.

Kage: are you ready to head back.

She nodded.

Sienna: we've been gone for 3 days I hope everything has been fine.

We started walking towards the White fang headquarters.

Kage: their fine also what we've been doing here stays between us.

Sienna: agreed.

As we made it to the gate of the white fangs base I heard a lot of people scrambling, like last time I was here as the gates opened for us to enter I saw both zayne and ash waiting here for me.

Zayne: boss we got news.

Ash: more faunes have been brought to the zoo, they arrived today.

Kage: how many.

Ash: 200.

I then said to sienna.

Kage: we leave in a week to the zoo.

After another moment I said.

Kage: have your men ready by then, also I need a radio to get a message to my crew.

Sienna: I'll get it done, a few of my people are always in the area they are so it should be simple.

I nodded at that as I asked Ash.

Kage: Ash how'd you get this info?

Ash: it seems the zoo has a traitor.

I thought on this as I asked.

Get all the new paperwork on the zoo to me, then get ready for a training session.

After a few minutes a white fang member handed me a radio and I heard King on the other end.

King: reaper?

Kage: yeah it's me King head to the white fangs base we got some training and I got some big news, bring everyone.

King: understood be there by nightfall at the latest.

Kage: stay safe.

At that we both hung up on our respective sides of the radio.

I was sitting on a chair looking at the sky it was about midday zayne sat across from me and asked me.

Zayne: so how are we going to be training?

I looked at him.

Kage: firstly I'm going to be assessing the both of yours and Maria's capabilities in a fight and how you adapt to a fight with changes in them, after that we will see what areas each of you need training in.
