Vivan's POV
As the car moved from her college, after coming a little far, I remembered that I forgot to give her the phone I bought for her. I immediately told the driver to take me back to her college. As I reached there, I came out of the car and moved towards the entrance. Entering her college, I stopped on my tracks seeing the scene in front of me which boiled my blood.
Author's POV
As Siya entered the college, every pair of eyes was on her. As if she is some robber. She was getting nervous all of a sudden. She knew what reason their eyes were accusing her for. Even if she wasn't guilty for what happened there a week ago she took it all on herself. She downed her head and began walking towards her classroom unsure how to handle these gazes on her. Her heart was drumming in her chest. Recalling the events of last week her eyes slowly started burning with tears.
From the moment someone caught her hand and started bullying her and no one helped her to the moment when her father got ready to sell her to the worst nightmare of the city. Everything flashed in her mind.
Just when she was walking towards her classroom with slow steps someone caught her hand roughly which startled her.
She looked at the person only to find a flaring middle aged lady death glaring at her. A same aged man beside that lady.
"The audacity of yours to step over here again! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE AFTER EATING MY SON'S LIFE!!?" The lady yelled at Siya which made her flinch.
The tears which she was controlling started rolling down her eyes.
Siya understood she is the mother of one of her Bullies which were killed by Vivan that day.
Gathering her courage and words she decided to speak. She spoke some words which came out as a mere whisper.
"I didn't do anything. He caught my hand and said bad things to m-" before she could complete her words a tight slap landed on her face.
"You mean MY SON WAS WRONG!!?"
Okay, let's know who the lady is. She is the mother of one of Siya's bullies whose name was Anurag Singhania. And the lady's name was Aruna Singhania. She was the trustee of that college. As Siya stepped down from Vivan's car, someone called Aruna telling the so-called 'cause of her son's death' was in college.
Back to the present.
Siya was fed up from getting slaps for no reason since childhood. This time she decided to speak for herself. Tears were still there in her eyes. But they weren't that of fear but courage and anger.
"Yes. He was wrong. He bullied me in front of these people. Said bad things about me. And No one came to my help. Just then someone came and took me out of your son's grip. At that time I was scared as hell but looking back to that day and the way you are still supporting your good for nothing two rupees son, I wish that someone should have killed you too. I wish you never became a mother. A mother who can't even teach her child right or wrong." She said staring deep into Aruna's eyes.
"What did you say! You raised a question on MY MOTHERHOOD!?" Saying this, she raised her hand to slap Siya again but this time her hand was stopped midway by Siya herself.
"Don't think that you managed to slap me once so I will let you humiliate me over and over again." Siya said. Still glaring at her with her red eyes.
Suddenly the temperature dropped and the chill spread in the environment. Everyone shivered listening to the cold yet dangerous voice.
"How dare you hit her!" Said the worst nightmare of the city in his worst state of anger, under his breath, fuming in anger. Everyone present there started shivering with just his voice.
