"What a great day! Let's go after that Werehound Brute!" Gingerbrave said. "But the bridge is still in ruins..." Strawberry Cookie remined. "That's right! What are we waiting for?! Let's rebuild it!" Gingerbrave exclaimed. "I'll go get supplies." I said before beckoning Taffeta to follow.

(Time-skip)

We made it back to the broken bridge and finished repairing it. "We've rebuilt the bridge! After the Werehound Brute! Yeehaw!" Gingerbrave said before running across the bridge and charged into unknown territory of the Gloomy Forest. "Let's hurry." Wizard Cookie said as we ran after him. "This place... looks darker..." Strawberry Cookie whimpered. "It's time for your king to step up! Here I come!" Custard Cookie said.

As we followed along the path, we fought Jelly and Cake Monsters. That's when Wizard Cookie spoke up. "Do you smell that? A sweet, rather strong aroma." Wizard Cookie quired. "Must be Bear Jellies..." Strawberry Cookie said. "Let's follow the smell!" Gingerbrave suggested. We continued along the path, that was until there was no more path. "Oh... Such a big lily flower glade...!" Strawberry Cookie said. "This must be the source of the aroma!" Wizard Cookie concluded.

We walked forward until we came across a cookie. "Huh! A Cookie!" Gingerbrave yelped. "Who... are you?" The Cookie asked. "I'm Gingerbrave! And these are my friends! What's your name?" Gingerbrave introduced before asking back. "My name is... my name... I-I don't think I remember..." The stranger muttered. "You don't remember? Well, let us help you." I said, holding my hand out.

As she was about to grab my hand, she disappeared. "Huh? She's gone! Am I seeing things?" Gingerbrave asked. "We all must have seen the same 'things'. Yet, I have a feeling that we will meet again..." Wizard Cookie said. I shook my head, regaining focus. "It doesn't matter, we should continue along. Let's go." I said.

We continued to follow the path, and after we fought some monsters, we found something in the ground. "I found a huge rock!" Custard Cookie cheered. "Polished and smooth... Looks familiar for some reason...!" Strawberry Cookie said. "Hm, it doesn't seem to be just a rock. It might prove useful later. We'd better keep it!" Wizard Cookie said as Taffeta grabbed it with her mouth, ran over and handed it to me. "Thank you, sweetie." I said, taking it out of her mouth and putting it in my satchel, rewarding her with head pats.

We continued on before we found another just like the previous. "Another stupid rock! Where all the real treasure at, huh?!" Chili Pepper Cookie asked. "Wish we knew what it is! Let's take this one too." Gingerbrave said, picking it up and handing it to me, and I exchanged it with some Star Jellies. We started walking, and it wasn't long before we ran into another one. "Oh, another rock! It's like a treasure hunt. So exciting!" Custard Cookie cheered, rushing over to pick it up and ran back and handed it to me. I can tell what this was about, and gave him both Star Jellies and head pats.

We continued on, and that's when Gingerbrave spoke up. "Hey, you know what... Do you remember the reason we left the Kingdom and began fighting in the woods?" He asked. "To relieve the Cake Monsters from their valuables, of course! Mhe he..." Chili Pepper giggled. "Chili Pepper, they don't have any pockets." I remined. "What are you saying! To prove how great a single king can be! Me!" Custard Cookie stated. "Um... there was a Cake Hound..." Strawberry Cookie muttered. "What are you all talking about? Of course, we are going after the Werehound Brute!" Wizard Cookie reminded. "Whoah! I knew you were smart, but not THAT smart! After the Brute! Let's go!" Gingerbrave urged, continuing along the road.

"Whoah! Look at that! It's a sculpture!" Custard Cookie exclaimed. "Do you know what a 'sculpture' is? Only the greatest warriors, heroes, or Cookies like myself get one!" He continued, innocently boasting. "And what makes you one of 'the greatest', I wonder..." Wizard Cookie said, causing me to elbow him. "Without a doubt, a good king such as yourself will probably get the best detailed, biggest, greatest sculpture of all." I said, kneeling down to his height and wrapping an arm around his shoulders. "Yes! And I'd like to have a closer look!" Custard Cookie said.
