It's Bedtime [Chapter XVIII]

"Yun na nga yun Ira! That is exactly my point, you are in an open relationship tapos pumayag ka to be in bed with my cousin! How rude!" Lyka

Ira's POV

"What can I do? Inenjoy ko lang yung birthday mo! Besides we are JUST in an open relationship! Nothing's wrong!" I exclaimed. Naguguluhan kayo? Well it's just that Lyka found out that we had sex- i mean me and Mark- during her birthday.

"Come on IRA! NOT. MY. COUSIN!" -Lyka

"It's his choice too, why don't you blame him too, instead of only me. Nakakarindi! Makaalis na nga dito! You're just wasting my precious time!"  Naiinis na ako, obviously. Hindi lang naman ako ang may gusto ng nangyari samin ni Mark ah!

Tumayo na ko, kinuha ko yung bag ko. Aalis na sana ko ng coffee shop na pinagkitaan namin ni Lyka pero she grabs my arm.

"Look, I'm sorry okay? *sigh* It's just that ayoko lang na paglaruan mo or I mean gamitin mo ang pinsan ko sa mga tricks mo. I know you very well Ira. I'm sorry." Nakayukong sabi ni Lyka.

"Hay nako Lyka! If you weren't just my friend baka nagalit na talaga ako sayo! stupid girl!" That's just how we ended our arguments.

We stayed there for a couple of minutes more. Nagkuwentuhan na lang kami. and oh, about Yohad na ang topic namin ngayon.

"I don't know! Like hello! He's not even making way to catch me up, to make things up with me. Not my loss, alam kong mahal ko siya, yet I'm not that stupid to run after him! Nasabi ko man na gagawin ko lahat just to have him back, that was ugh! So not me! If ayaw niyang makipagbalikan, then NO!" PEOPLE DO CHANGE. JUST LIKE HOW MY DECISION CHANGE.

"Oh, easy! Do you remember when you were in kindergarten? There's this child whom you doesn't know anything about her but then after 10 minutes you were then playing like best friend. That's life, well you just gotta be yourself.."

"Shoot! Those times, the very first year na nagkakilala tayo, then when we moved o grade one nagiba ka rin ng school. Stupid girl. HAHA."

"I just missed those times, yung tipong kahit anong isuot mo wala kang pakialam. Basta maenjoy mo lang buhay mo. yung mga times na wala kang pakialam kung may manghusga man sayo. How I wish life still goes that way. HAHA."

"So, anong gusto mo iparating niyan? To swallow my pride for that Yohad boy?"

"What I'm trying to say is, iset aside mo muna yung pagkakakilala nila sa isang IRA FORDS. Be yourself. Wag mong isipin sasabihin ng iba. Kahit anong gawin mo, nandito naman ako eh. Your friend, sister and a family as well. Kahit mali yan, I'll help you do things to make it right."

"Oh LYKA SALVACION! You really are my BESTFRIEND! I don't need to pretend whenever I am with you." I hugged Lyka.

"Yuck Ira Fords! Hindi bagay! HAHAHA."

"HAHAHA" We both laugh in chorus.

"pero seriously girl, your words of wisdom makes me realize things. Thank you for being a Brat sweetie. My naitutulong rin pala yang stupidity mo. Haha."

"Well, baka nakakalimutan mo, you taught me to be in this situation. Hahaha. So that means, you were the one in charge with this stupidity of mine. Haha." -lyka

"Gaga! Haha! Tara na nga!"
