Trapped in Minecraft

The Tutorial

I decided it was best to just listen to what the voice from the sky had to say and have fun while being in this strange dream. "First things first," the voice began to speak, "you'll see you have a belt, which Is your tool bar." I looked down just noticing I wasn't wearing my pajamas. I was wearing a light blue T-shirt and black jeans. There was a weird, silver belt wrapped around my jeans. The belt had a series of square buttons in a row placed on it. In a total of nine buttons, all were white except one that appeared to have a picture of steak on it. The sky computer spoke again, "Go ahead and switch to steak by pressing the button on your toolbar." I followed instructions and pressed the button with my left hand. Then a steak just materialized in my right hand! I jumped back shocked and dropped it. I quickly picked it back up and examined it. It looked like a normal steak but when I squinted I could see it was made up as a grid as well of the rest of this place. Another strange thing about it was that it did not make my hands dirty. "Tap the top button on the right side of your headband to see your hunger bars and health." Said the instructor. I switched the strange meat to my left hand and felt my head with my right to find that I was indeed wearing a headband with two buttons on it that were placed on the section of headband that was just above my ears. I curiously tried to take the headband off but it was glued to my head! Well..not really but it was stuck like I was born with it connected to my body. I struggled to get it off but after about ten seconds, I gave up. I pressed the top button. Ten hearts the size of dollar coins appeared in a level line in front of the left side of me. In addition, ten little chicken legs did the same but on my right side. Knowing that I was in the game minecraft, I wondered where my experience bar was. It was not under the Health and food bars as normal. Dismissing that thought, I reached out my hand to touch the hearts. My left hand went right through the pixilated shapes. It must be a hologram. One of the chicken legs turned grey. I pushed the top button on my headband again and the bars were gone. I apprehended that since I could feel it when I was hurt or hungry, I wouldn't be needing to see those bars again. The voice spoke again, " To see your inventory, press the button below the one you just pressed on your head band." I did so. As expected, a three by nine grid arose in front of me. In the top left square there was what I recognized as a crafting table. I reached my hand out and tapped on that square. The crafting table then vanished. I looked down at my belt to find that it now took place in the box where the steak was. I smiled amazed. This is by far, the best dream I've ever had. I tapped on the bottom button again to have clear vision of the field around me. "To craft, switch to your crafting table then place it down." I selected the crafting table on my belt. It teleported to my hand. It was now the size of a rubix cube. I threw it on the ground near me and when it landed it became a bigger version that was as wide as me and as high as my waist. On the flat top of it was a three by three grid. I decided that I could figure the rest of this out by myself so I shouted, "End tutorial now!" The sky replied with, "That concludes our tutorial, enjoy playing Minecraft!"

A/N ~ I am super sorry for this late update! I went on a family trip for ten days and my phone charger broke on the first day! Luckily, I just got a new phone charger yesterday so I can finally use my phone again. Sorry! More updates coming, thanks for reading.😊
