After the three escaped the chocolate drowining they headed outside as they saw the cartel talking to the chief. Willy decided to make his presence known. "I wouldn't be so sure about that." The cartel turned around as Slugsworth said, "Wonka!" Zoey then looked at the officer and spoke. "Officer, would you kindly take a look at this?" The officer nodded, taking the book from Zoey and started to read it. Noodle said, "It details every single illegal payment these men have ever made. Thousands of them." The Chief started to walk over saying, "Don't listen to her, Affable. She's lying!" Slugsworth agreed with the Chief saying, "Well of course she is!" The Affable was staring at the book as he said, "She's not, sir. She's absolutely right, it's... incredible." The Chief then walked up to the Affable and said, "Oh. Well. Then it sounds like a case for the Chief of Police. Give it to me, Affable. I'll take it from here." But the Affable kept it away from the Chief making Zoey smirk as the Affable said, "I can't do that, I'm afraid, sir." The Chief looked confused saying, "And why's that?" The Affable looked at the Chief and said, "Your name's in here too. A lot."

That's when Slugsworth said, "Gentlemen? Run!" But they started to float off as Willy took Zoey's hand and said, "You didn't eat any of those chocolates did you, Mr Slugworth?" Slugsworth looked at Willy confused as he said, "Why?" Zoey giggled as Willy wrapped his arm around her waist as she said, "Because they're hoverchocs. Delayed actions. But extra stong." Slugsworth looked at Zoey then back at Willy as he said, "You think you're so clever, don't you, Wonka? Well, there's a billion sovereigns of chocolate beneath our feet. We'll get the best lawyers, bribe the judge, and rig the jury. We'll be fine." Willy looked down with a smile as he said, "I wish I'd thought of that. Noodle?"

Suddenly, all around them were gallons and gallons of chocolate. The cartel floated away as Zoey ran up the steps and yelled, "Ladies and gentlemen, Willy Wonka and friends invite you all to enjoy our chocolate!!" Willy stood by Zoey holding her close as the two sat together.

Willy was staring at the chocolate as Zoey laid her head on his shoulders. He suddenly opened the and looked at the chocolate. He got up, followed by Zoey as the group came around and he broke the chocolate and shared it with the group. Zoey looked at Willy and said, "How does it feel, Willy? Is it as good as you remember?" Willy smiled small as he said, "Every little bit. I wish it could last forever... But I guess it's time." Zoey and Noodle looked at each other confused as Noodle said, "Time for what? What's going on?" Willy grabbed Zoey's hand as he looked at the girls and said, "You know how many people called D. Smith lives in the city, Noodle, Zoey?" Mr. Crunch said, "A hundred and six." Zoey looked Willy as Willy said, "But luckily, you have a friend who works in the telephone exchange, and she spent the whole afternoon ringing around, and guess what?"

Zoey and Noodle looked at Lottie as she said, "We found her." Zoey and Noodle looked shocked as Noodle said, "You found our mom?" Mr. Crunch said, "She works in the library." Noodle smiled when Piper said, "It's where she lives." Willy grabbed Zoey's hand as he said, "Come on, Noodle, Zoey." They all walked to the library where Zoey and Noodle saw their mom as Willy sang,
