George Harrison

Paul got onto the school bus, Paul and George always had these seats at the back of the bus that they would always sit at. It's the two seats in which the two boys met. When Paul got to the back of the bus, and there he saw George, who looked lost in thought. Paul sat next to George and tapped him on the shoulder, George looked over his shoulder and saw Paul. George was a very humble and thoughtful boy with a strong core of self. "Hey, Paul." George said with a slight smile.

"Hey, George, so I went to the St Peter's church fete yesterday, and Ivan introduced me to his mate, John Lennon, who has this skiffle band, The Quarrymen." Paul explained as the bus started moving.

"Oh? That's awesome. Was it good?" George asked as he looked out the window. He liked watching the motion blur of the scenery caused by the moving bus.

"Yes, and get this, this 'John' guy is looking for like.. a backup bassist and guitarist, and he has offered us two jobs. What do you think?" Paul asked, hoping George would agree.

"Well, could I meet this 'John' you speak of?" George asked as he looked back at Paul, George was quite practical and logical at times.

"Yes, of course, come round mine after school!" Paul shouted excitedly but suddenly covered his mouth, his cheeks flushing with embarrassment as others in the bus probably heard him shout that out.

George smiled as the bus arrived at school. "So, I'll see you after school?" George asked as he stood up from his seat, Paul nodded eagerly. "See you after school!"

After School - Paul's house, 7th July 1957

George knocked on Paul's front door, and Paul's father, James McCartney, answered. "Hello, Mr. McCartney, I'm here to see Paul." George had his guitar case strapped around his shoulder.

"Mhm, Paul! Your friend is here!" James shouted up to Paul. Paul ran downstairs and smiled when he saw George. "George! You made it! C'mon, John's upstairs in my room." Paul grabbed George's hand and brought him upstairs.

When George entered Paul's bedroom, he saw John, who was a bit taller than he was. John wore a deep blue tucked in shirt and deep blue flared jeans. When John saw George, he smiled warmly. "You must be George Harrison?" John held out his hand, George's hand shook John's.

"Yes, I am George Harrison." George said with a soft smile. "Well, I'm John Lennon! I met Paul yesterday, I assume he told you about my offer?" John asked with a smile, one eyebrow raised.

"Yes, he did, but I want to get to know you before I decide if I want to join." George said as John just smiled and listened. Once George had finished speaking, John spoke. "I promise I am a great guy, and so is the band! We may even go somewhere in the future, who knows?"

George smiled. He started liking this John Lennon guy. He seemed very confident and uplifted, also quite funny. Eventually, George found himself, Paul and John, all socialising and laughing together. George started thinking maybe he should accept John's offer.

"John?" George said, John stopped laughing with Paul and looked at George expectantly. "I'll take you up on the offer." John instantly smiled and clapped his hands. "That's great! I should go tell my band!" John exclaimed

John's excitement and enthusiasm were contagious, Paul couldn't help but feel a deeper attraction to John when he smiled. Paul couldn't help but get lost in John's lips. They looked so smooth, Paul couldn't help but fantasise over John's lips. Paul was cut out of his daydream when John tapped Paul on the shoulder.

Paul looked John in the eyes. "Paul? Were you listening?" John asked, he seemed concerned. "Oh, yes, sorry, just schoolwork stressing me out." Paul said shakily, trying to seem like everything was fine. John questioned it, but just let it be. "Anyways, I was asking if you and George would like to come to Caverm Club, which is where my band will be going a gig." Paul blushed as John invited him to Cavern Club along with George. This was an opportunity that Paul just couldn't pass down. "We'll be there!" Paul said excitedly, John grinned. But it was now time for George and John to go. Paul was so tempted to hug John tightly but decided against it. He just waved them goodbye. He was excited to hang out with John and his band at the Cavern Club with George.
