Keepers of Pyrrhia: Lunar of the Elves

Chapter 1: Lunar

—Near Pyrrhia at moonrise—

"Come on Silverfish and Strawberry!" Lunar called.

*Yaaaaaaawn* "I'm coming, I'm flying as fast as I can!" Strawberry yelled sleepily.

"Come on, you know we're only able to go to the human or elven shores at this time in the night because most humans or elves aren't up this late!" Lunar reminded Strawberry, 1 of the Princesses that Lunar was supposed to guard, not take on adventures that would make both of their Queens angry.

"Yeah, yeah, we know." Silverfish said in a bored voice, then she yawned, Silverfish was the 2nd Princess Lunar was supposed to guard, and also not to take on adventures that would make both of their Queens angry too.

"Hey Lunar, you never tell us why we always have to go to the human or elven shores at night. Can't we just do it in the afternoon or evening or even at sunrise? I know you love flying at night, but why can't we go at sunrise, so we can just wake up early instead of just skipping sleep? Also, my scales are very unhappy about us skipping sleep!"Strawberry rambled, a little less sleepy.

~Sigh, I don't want to lie, but I can't tell them the truth. What will they think of me, exploding the world, just to know more about it? I already know most of Pyrrhia and Pantala's history, and their geography too! I'm at the top of my history, mind reading, and prophecy class. I need to know more about the world!~ Lunar thinks. "Well, 1 time, I was flying over the sea, and I saw some kind of doohickey, so I flew down to retrieve it. And then I saw that it was some sort of human or elven gadget, so now, I basically collect "lost things", that's what I call them, because they're lost out at sea and they're things. And 1 time I was a little lonely and I know Strawberry likes to find new things, so I thought you would like to help me find some more Lost Things. Also, Mum, Dad, Grandma and Queen Glory don't like us to flying over to the human or elven places 'cause they're afraid that an elf or human might see us. Does that make sense?" Lunar explained and asked.

"Yeah, I guess that makes sense. And I do love to finding new things. But why don't you just search Pantala's ocean?" Strawberry replied and asked.

"I think that makes sense too. But then WHY DO I HAVE TO BE HERE?!?" Silverfish complained.

~Wow, I can't believe that worked! Not too much truth, but just enough to make it believable~ Lunar thinks. "Hey, we're almost there, just a few more minutes before we get there."

-A few minutes later-

"Ok, stay here, I'm gonna see if the coast is clear, ok? And you know the Family Motto: Stay Secret. Stay Hidden. Stay Safe." Lunar announced and reminded them.

"Ok." Strawberry agreed.

"Fine!!!" Silverfish exclaimed.

~OK, everything seems normal, I shou—wait second, what's that?~Lunar thinks as she glides and scans the area. ~What is that? Is that a human or an elf?~Lunar asked herself. It always hard to tell the difference between a human and an elf, so she landed on the sand, and immediately fluxing into elven form, and was walking slowly towards it. It was a boy and he was curled up unconscious on the sand near a rock, his head was bleeding, and there was a ripped bag halfway full of seashells and sea glass found and some of the seashells and sea glass was scattered on the sand. Lunar fluxed back into her dragon form, and launched herself back into the sky! "Guys, there's this boy down there on the sand, and he's unconscious, his head is bleeding, and I think he might have other injures, so I think I might have to take him somewhere, A.S.A.P., to clean and heal his wounds, so I need you 2 to go home. Now!" Lunar informed and ordered Silverfish and Strawberry.

"Hey! We may be only dragonets, be we are NOT useless!!!" Silverfish exclaimed.

"And won't you need our help?" Strawberry asked, sadness sliding into her voice.

"I can handle these things myself, don't worry." Lunar assured them.

"But we want to help you!" Strawberry said. "But...Ok, we'll go home." She finished.

"Umm, excuse me? Speak for yourself Strawberry! I'm coming with you, Lunar!"Silverfish exclaimed.

"Fine, you can come Silverfish, but try not to let yourself be seen, because if this boy wakes up, human or elf, he's going to freak out about you! And no Strawberry, you're not coming, the only 2 reasons I'm allowing Silverfish to come is #1. She can actually defend herself. Secondly, she the closest in age to me so there's not much as space I need between us to order her around, but there certainly is enough space between us in age for me to boss you around. So go home. Please!" Lunar said, giving in to Silverfish, and explained to Strawberry.

"Alright..." Strawberry said sulkily.

Lunar watched Strawberry leave, so when she finally disappeared into the clouds, Lunar flew down to the still unconscious boy, then she fluxed into her elven form. ~Wow, he is by far the cutest boy I've ever seen—No! Stop it Lunar, you have a mission. So SNAP out of it!!!~ Lunar used her dragon strength to lift the boy and put him into a piggyback position, which wasn't as hard as she thought it would be, the boy basically was holding onto Lunar, like she was the boy's stuffed animal or something, it was weird, but she'll take it. When Lunar got the boy into a comfortable position on her back, she picked out the abilities she wanted to use, she ready her Hydrokinetic ability, then ran across the water as fast as she could, then use her Guster ability to blow away the water that was trying to splash Lunar and the boy. Lunar was using her elven abilities because if she flew to the place they were going to, and the boy woke up, he will panic about the fact that they are 100 feet or more off the ground, and Lunar couldn't just walk there. She needed to get the boy to medical attention, and fast. So Lunar was using her picked out elven abilities, (SuK, Lunar, in her elven form, can choose which ability or abilities she is using, but she's always using Telepathy, and an ability that she basically made, she calls the ability "Prophecy" since her Nightwing form gives her the power to see the future, but in the elven world, it's way more active, so she uses it every day no matter how terrible the many headaches the ability causes, the visions do often save her life or somebody else's life, like the one that she was giving a piggyback on her back) opened her mind so she could hear what the boy was thinking and was off to her Secret H.Q.
