As I gaze up at the ceiling of my new room, thinking of the recent events of the last 24 hours. Still not quite believing any of it actually happened. I can still smell my mates scent but only faint, his bedroom must not be too far from mine.Last night feels like a lucid dream but unfortunately wasn't, I left my mate speechless after I kissed him. When I walked away from my mate leaving him still leant on the wall I was only seconds ago pressed against.
Not only did he clearly reject me but of course he had to be the most attractive man I've ever seen, which isn't many because you know the whole being prisoned by my brother thing. But really moon goddess you couldn't at least make him mediocre but no. Just my luck.
Anyway, afterwards I managed to find Len sitting on the sofa in what I think is the living room but was more like a cinema it was huge.
He lead me to my now bedroom and handed me some pyjama's to sleep in. Luckily I was so exhausted by the amount of running I had to do, so I slept like a log last night.
It's currently the morning, the clock next to me reads 8:00am Monday the 14th of March
Knock, knock. I hear the noise come from my door. I quickly sit in bed, startled by it. It took me a second to remember where the door was. Like everything else in this house my room was also unresonably large.
I didn't say they could come it but whoever it was, clearly didn't care and persisted to enter anyway.
"Um, there's someone in here. Come back later", I state. Hoping they would leave me be, and I resume the comfortable position I was in laying down.
"Duh I know that silly, I've come to get you", the brunette girl who was now stood at the foot of my bed says.
"Me, why are you here for me?".
"My brother sent me to wake you up, we need to get ready for school", she says walking towards the wardrobe in my room.
"School!, you can't be serious. UGHHH!" I say as I pull the covers over my head. But the random girl in my room has other ideas and yanks them away from me.
I sit up again, "HEY! I was comfortable?".
"You're not gonna make any friends if you just hide in here all day", she say.
"But I hardly know anyone, I don't want to the weird new girl".
In all honesty i'm not afraid of standing out or not fitting in. But I haven't been to a school since I was 12. How do I explain being locked up without being laughed at for it or having people discover I'm academically dumb.
"Well lucky for you, you have me as your friend and guardian of idiots. Being the sister of the beta comes in handy", she says still stifling through the clothes in the wardrobe.
But then it hits me, 'Wait you're the sister of the beta".
"Yeah, you seem shocked by that".
"Well, you're just... um so much..."
"Nicer than him..", she states. finishing my sentence.
I giggle a little at her response and so does she.
