Alpha's untold truth

Chapter question:

Do you prefer the meaner bad boy or more a  secluded sarcastic boy ? or woman I have no objects to either!!

I could smell him, I hated that my noise could pick up his scent no matter how strong anyone else's was. Even the girl next to me smelt like she had drowned herself in perfume this morning.

The way the hairs on my arms have sprung up and how I could feel my wolf wanting to run to him, but I can't communicate to her the fact he didn't want us and how I sure as hell don't want someone like him.

A few months into being locked in the basement by my brother, my wolf buried herself deep into my mind. So I could use her energy to keep me alive.

This was probably due to all the beating I had to endure, I know it was for the best and what kept me alive but I miss her.

I hope she comes back one day, I pray everyday she will honestly.

In that moment the door to the classroom swung open, and as predicted it was my mate followed by his beta aka Espen and a few other male wolves.

I tried to avoid eye contact and looked down at my desk, which has my notebook on it.

I couldn't help but notice how they were getting closer to us, why couldn't they just sit at the front but luck wasn't on my side, it never is.

I look to my left where Len is sat, hoping he'll sense my need for a distraction.

"How do you like parties?", he asked.

His question confusing me but I'm intrigued.

"I haven't properly been to a party before, so I don't really know honestly", I say.

"You're joking, you have to come to the party this weekend it's going to be the biggest one of the year and everyone goes", he persists.

"By everyone, do you mean EVERYONE", I say nudging my head towards my mate and Espen, who are sat to the right of me in the corner of the room.

Which I tried to make subtle but didn't work out because the next thing Espen directs his attention towards us.

"Mila I thought we were besties and you don't want me at the party. That just breaks my heart", Espens say laced with sarcasm. As he pretends to grab his chest, followed by a huge cackle.

"Oh Espen the day I call you my 'bestie' someone please sedate me because I've clearly gone mentally insane", I say back.

I love the look on his and anyone else's face of pure shock, when I am able to dish back what they serve towards me especially sarcasm.

"Burn!", I hear Athena say. Which makes her, me, Bailey and Len giggle in laughter.

"You deserved that brother I can't even lie to you", Bailey says back.

"Oh shut up Bailey", he says, as he turns his back away defeated.

"Just ignore my brother he lacks brain cells sometimes", Bailey says.

"I will don't worry", I state back.

"I can always just knock some sense into them", I hear Athena say from behind me.

"And how would you manage to do that", Len says.

"Just a quick one two to the face, ooo maybe even their balls", she says back.
