This is a crossover fanfiction with Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki and Spider-Man. After being bitten by a genetically enhanced spider, Tomozaki Fumiya becomes the famous web-crawler superhero Spider-Man as he battles supervillains to protect Japan.
One year after becoming Spider-Man, Tomozaki Fumiya is now having to deal with so many problems regarding him trying to live two different lifes. His job as crime figher and the nightmares he constantly has about the death of his old enemies recently have seriously done a toll on both his mind and body.
He finds himself suffering temporary but recurring losses of his powers, often in life-threatening situations.
At the same in the city, Dr Katahara Tako, who is a famous nuclear scientiest introduces a fusion power project that can create an artificial sun.
Fumiya who is very idolizing him ever since he was in the start of the middle school obtains a chance to go to see the project thank to his master, Sato, who is a friend of his idol's wife, Honakawa Ika.
That day, Tako was introduced to Tomozaki Fumiya and quickly befriended him when he witnesses his intelligences. Tako was also impressed that Fumiya shares the same ideals that he does about science and had the same interest. However, Otto ignored Tomozaki's warning about a flaw in his fusion experiment as he noticed a miscalculation.
To help him perform a sustained fusion experiment, Katahara developed a set of artificially intelligent mechanical arms, which are impervious to heat and magnetism.
While handling hazardous materials, Tako wears a harness of powerful mechanical tentacles with A.I. During a public demonstration that Fumiya attends, a power spike causes the fusion reactor to destabilize.
Tako refuses to shut down the reactor, which goes critical, killing his wife and burning the inhibitor chip blocking the arms from his nervous system.
As Spider-Man, Fumiya manages to shut the experiment down.
At a hospital, doctors prepare to surgically remove Tako' harness. Without the inhibitor chip, the tentacles have become sentient and defend themselves by killing the doctors. Afterward, Tako takes refuge at a harbor. Now corrupted by the arms' AI, he decides to re-try his experiment and robs a bank to fund it. The dubs the scientist "Doctor Octopus".
Back to our hero's life, things just get worse when his academic scores start to go down even in his strong subjects. Fumiya suffers an emotional breakdown over his inability to balance his life, with the stress stripping him of his powers as a result.
He quits being Spider-Man, returns to his normal life, and attempts to improve his academics back to normal, he also finds as many ways as he can to deal with his nightmare. For a few weeks, it is going great, but the rise in rates of city's crimes worries him.
After the incident, Fumiya decides to ask him mother for some advices about whether someone should be hero when they no longer have their superpowers or special abilities or not.

Requiring the isotope, tritium, to fuel his reactor, Kato attacks many factories or places that hold it, murdering and injuring hundred of people. One time, he unwittingly attacks the factory where Tomozaki Kasumi is having a trip with her class, injuring her in the process.
His sister's endangerment leads to Fumiya's powers returning, and he goes after Kato. As they battle, they fall onto a train. Octavius sabotages it and leaves Peter to save the runaway train. After multiple attempts, he does so just before the train plunges into New York Harbor, but at a great physical toll.
Katahara captures the now-weakened Fumiya and readies to deliver a killing blow at his heart but something shocking happens.
That's when he hears her. Ika, his dead wife."Tako..." His mechanical hand lowers slightly.
"Don't do this. You are a hero, Tako. Heroes don't kill. Have you forgotten your ideal and dream to help people around the world ? Have you forgotten your words about how this city is your garden ? Just put your hand down, my love. Just stop. Be the hero you are meant to be. And remember, even in death, I'm with you."
Doc Ock is stunned in silence for moments, stucking in his own deep emotional inner world. After what feels like forever, Doc Ock returns his attention back to Spidey before bringing him closer to his face.
"This is your final warning and chance, Spider-Man. Don't mess with me again or else." Dr. Octopus threatened before throwing Spidey to the ground. He then leaves to complete his plan.
However, a true hero like Spider-Man would never give up. He knows that not just his family, but the fate and life of 13.5 million people in Tokyo is on his hand right now. If he gives up here, then apocalypse will fall on all of them.
After his body regains its strength and returns to its healthy state thank to his Regenerative Healing Factor, he quickly uses his Spider-Sense before it directs him to Katahara' lair.
"You still haven't learn your lesson, didn't you ? I give a chance to live but you choose death ? You are either stupid or insane, isn't you ? Why do you try so hard ? Because you want keep playing hero ?" Doc Ock snarled.
"Being a hero is not what this is about, I only wish to bring an end to this madness for the sake of my home, my people, my family, myself and even you, Dr Katahara Tako." Spiderman said determinedly.
"You are determined, I give you that. If it's what you refer, I finish you myself." Doc Ock said before his four robots arms attack.
They battle again as the nuclear reaction starts threatening the city.
Fumiya reveals his identity and persuades Octavius to let his dream go for the greater good. Kato commands the tentacles to obey him and sacrifices himself to destroy the experiment.
While he feels very relief and happy that he manages to save his city with loved ones and brings Doc Ock back to the Light Side, Fumiya undergoes another fit of depression since his childhood hero has died after redeeming himself and how he fails to save his life at the last second, but thinking about the fact that Dr Tako can reunite with his wife, Ika in the afterlife manages to cheer him up in some level.
