Chapter 6: Confrontations And Confessions

Tae Pov

I was shocked when Jungkook grabbed my neck and locked our lips together. My eyes widened at the scene but it soon was worth it when I heard the door slam open and I saw Jimin and Yoongi barge into the room.

Their eyes widened at the scene of another person kissing Jungkook. I saw the reporters look back at the podium with shocked eyes before they grabbed their cameras and started taking pictures.

After a while, Jungkook finally let go of my neck. The reporters tried to snap pictures of my face but Jungkook instantly covered my face before they could.

"What the hell?" I heard someone mutter.

The room was filled with whispers and pointing fingers. The room which was filled with big smiles of happiness is now filled with faces of confusion and shock.

"I know many of you have your questions and doubts but they will all be answered with the clip I'm about to show you right now," Jungkook announced with a smirk after seeing Jimin widen his eyes at his words.

A projector stood proudly on a table in front of the podium. Then it showed a video of Jungkook leaving the hotel room and not a minute after Jungkook left we saw a head peeking out of the door.

It was Jimin. People tilted their heads confused. Then we saw Yoongi storm out of the room. It was the time when we fought.

They made eye contact and with no time to waste they smashed their lips onto each other. I heard the crowd gasp at the scene. it was disgusting. It was as if we were watching a porn scene. I didn't want to explain the rest as I just covered my eyes in horror of what they did next.

The video ended with Yoongi shirtless and they both laughed at how they both were so smart in being able to trick us into doing stuff and shit.

The crowd now stood there shocked at what they had just experienced. I saw Jungkook's parents stand up with their faces filled with anger.

"If you're still confused let my new bride explain the problem." Jungkook smiled as he handed me the mic.

I took a deep breath before I began the explanation.

"Hi. My name is Kim Taehyung. I'm the boyfriend of the man who is cheating on me with Jimin. Actually to anyone asking if am I okay or does it hurt I am fine. But I can't deny the fact it doesn't hurt. Why you may ask. To some, of course, your answer is because his man cheated on him. True. But that isn't the main reason. You see, actually Jimin and I were best friends. We both were friends back in college. He was also the reason how I met Yoongi. Yoongi was the popular boy back in college so I had a major crush on him. Jimin set us both up and that's how our relationship began. Everything was going well in the beginning. I was happily dating the man of my dreams, I had a best friend who supported me and a family who also supported me. Everything was perfect. That was my life or so I thought. It all ended with a text I received from an unknown number. The number which asked me to go to a hotel for a special surprise. And so I did. Only to find my boyfriend and best friend in bed together. My whole life shattered in the blink of an eye. They begged me that they were drunk. So I gave them a second chance. I thought they would change. But you could see the result."

I ended my explanation with a pointing hand and a smile towards the couple who were now trying to shield each other from embarrassment.

The crowd was stunned by the speech I gave. I saw someone raise their hand so I looked towards Jungkook. Who smiled in return.

I nodded towards the reporter who stood up at my approval.

"So are you telling me that this is the second time they did this?" She asked.
